Tom,
I called up AT&T and gave them the info on the Apple Watch box. That would be the IMEI and the SIM card, I believe.
Make sure you tell them you’re a Premier Member. I didn’t have to login, but getting verified was kind of a pain.

My GPS/Cellular Nike order has updated to "preparing or shipment". I also have a tracking number but it's only in the stage of "a shipping label has been created....".
UPDATE: looks like movement is occurring. My tracking says it was scanned in Suzhou, China. Still slated for delivery on Oct 5.

Probably not at first. Maybe in a year or so. If not, people wouldn't have much reason to buy the Nike watch.

If you look deeper it is a Departure Scan from Suzhou, China. Mine shows 1:46 PM local time in China. Looking to catch a flight at Pudong International, Shanghai. Currently UPS 81 is my favorite choice with a connection in Anchorage, AK to one of 6 flights to UPS Worldport.

Correct, Oct. 5 as announced by Apple. So far no reason given for the delayed rollout. Maybe it took longer to paint all those Nike swooshes.
