I ordered the Grey Aluminium Case with Dark Olive Sport Loop. Delivers on the 22nd, the order went through at 8:06.
I think I saw they stated a credit of the activation fee after 3 months.
This is what the EE web site is now saying
Can I use my minutes and texts on my Apple Watch Series 3 (4G)?
You’ll be able to use your phone’s allowances from your Apple Watch Series 3 (4G) device. This means any minutes or texts used on your Apple Watch Series 3 (4G) will be deducted from your overall allowance.
Still no published cost though!
Thanks. I didn’t want to change my plan. Thought it would effect my current plan on AT&T. So I purchased from Apple. AT&T Mobile was confusing. I will add my 2 watches to my plan for $10 each after my 9/22 delivery.I’m not seeing a thread for AT&T preorder so I’ll just post this here. Per chat with them, it’s $10/month access fee as long as it’s not on 2-year contract. Their website at check-out assume all are on 2-year contract, hence the $40/month fee. But it will be billed at $10 per month instead. The promo credit (total of $55) is completely different and separate and doesn’t affect your monthly access fee.
I’m also upgrading from a S0 42MM stainless. This time I went with SG 42 mm sport loop LTE.Well then, I'm the triplet because I just ordered the same thing, coming from S0 42mm SS with Milanese loop. I just got the white sports band this time and will swap out the bands when the S3 gets here.
Congrats on the upgrade!
Anyone order from AT&T? Ordered my 42mm Space Gray Sport a few minutes ago, and on the invoice it lists the Device Access Charge as $40. Must be a mistake. Anyone else seeing this as well?
Apple will always deliver sooner than they say (unless it's launch day). You might be OK, maybe not for launch day but probs before October starts.Did anyone order last year - do shipping times ever get moved forward? I've ordered (watch was showing 22nd sept when I put it in my basket) but by the time I checked out my shipping was for the 6th October onwards and I leave the country from the 3rd. Going to leave the order for a while and see if it gets moved. I'll cancel next week if not![]()
Nice choices! Literally my two favorites this year. Well done!Ordered a 42mm Cermamic and a 42mm Hermes Deployment Buckle in Ebene. If only the X will be this easy next month lol.
Congrats! It feels almost like Christmas did as a child.Ordered two S3 42mm Space Gray Apple Watch Sport watches with GPS + LTE. Email confirmation at 3:02 AM and delivers by 9/22. If all goes right this will be the first time I get something I stayed up until 3 AM for on launch day.
That's the one I wanted, but it wasn't available through AT&T; either that, or it was just gone by the time I tried to order. AT&T's website seemed to erase each model from existence when they were sold out.Got my order in at 12:02 PST for a Stainless Steel 42mm with white sport band, upgrading from a SS S0! Delivery on September 22nd also!
I had one through AT&T in my cart, but I got into a long discussion about various things with a chat representative and lost it. It just didn't even occur to me that I hadn't secured it yet. Oh well.Space Black 42mm with sport band (already have SB Milanese...) ordered, UK, 2-3 weeks estimated delivery.
Clearly the SB is still the black unicorn!
Wait, so it really is $40 a month for the access fee, if you buy it on payments?I’m not seeing a thread for AT&T preorder so I’ll just post this here. True, or at least that's what my chat representative said.Yeah, I got the same.. because the second e-mail is showing a separate number for the watch and considering it 2 lines. They should fix it by the time it's all sorted out and shipped.
Nice choices! Literally my two favorites this year. Well done!

EDIT: I think I misunderstood. You mean the "old-fashioned" two-year contracts, not NEXT plans. Correct?

True, or at least that's what my chat representative said.
That is both what I thought and what my chat representative told me. However, no matter how I went through putting the watch into my cart it always showed a $40 per month access fee. The chat representative assured me that it would all get worked out and end up correct.Yes. I meant the old 2-year contract. Installment or pay in full is $10/month per the rep in chat.
Just ordered mine.... will be delivered on delivery day...that's a first for me ever! I'm wondering if there isn't much demand for this one?

Same with my chat.I'm in the AT&T chat and the guy is just as confused as me as to why it is showing $40/month instead of the $10
Certainly on the original launch many people had their orders dates move forward (me included). Don't know about last year's, sorry.Did anyone order last year - do shipping times ever get moved forward? Same with my chat.
