Shame they didn’t wait for 11th generation early next year, perhaps a Intel release next year.
10th Gen for this year, Apple silicon with new design for next year.
It’s really just a fallback product, for the people who aren’t ready to move to Apple silicon just yet, kind of like the August 2020 iMac.

I’m thinking smart battery cases, I know they haven’t had AppleCare historically, but given the issues they’ve had in the past they might include it.

Better be an AppleTV with an updated chip that's not from 2017!

I know the second I break down and buy the 4th gen one, it won't be compatible with new Apple Arcade games and the new one will come out right after, haha.

yup, it better not be as i finally got my 3rd apple tv 4k (the previous 2 i got at launch in 2017) for a tv in my fitness room in preparation for fitness+... it burned me bad to spend $179 (well, i did get a $50 black friday gift card) on it when amazon has a 4K/HDR/Atmos firestick for like $27 last week...

Conceivably it could be a minor spec bump to a low-volume product, such as a "10th Gen" Intel chip in the 16" as a stopgap until they release the M1X/M2 version late next year.
This seems possible...though would it not generate a lot of potential returns of the just ordered 16 inch?... which they pushed with $150 apple gift card last week?

Lovetodream said it’s something good for Winter + it has AppleCare. Haven’t bought an Apple TV for a while but I assume it has AppleCare. That’s my guess. I don’t need one - another reason it is probably a ATV.

could always be a few items. Airtags, AppleTV and AirPods. - problem with that idea is lovetodream indicated it was one thing.

With the renewed talk of AirTags, you then have to wonder if they’re going to be announcing both the regular AirTags and the AirTag Pros simultaneously.🤔
If they call them AirTag pros it would be the absolute dumbest use of the 'pro' moniker yet and that's saying something.

Well, colour me intrigued Apple. *Please don't be a new 16" MacBook Pro as I just bought on on a great deal and didn't think Intel had anything in their roadmap to suggest an update was coming...

Except it isn't much of an upgrade, from what I've read.

Perhaps the 10GBe version of the Mac mini that was discussed.
No, I would think that this would merit a press release, at the very least, and the M1 Mini was just recently released. There is no way they would update it again with the 10Gb option this soon.

Most likely: AirPods Studio

That’s my point though, I personally don’t think we’ll see 16 inch ARM standing alone. I think an Intel version will come out too next year.

I'd expect a low-end iMac model with quad core Intel chip replaced with an M1 chip. _Maybe_ the cheapest 16" MBP with M1 chip. With no other changes than the processor, and nothing else changed.
