without further software differentiation, i don't think i'll buy an iPad for a long time. and the more popular bigger iPhones get, the less popular iPads will be. at least, without better multitasking features.
What an outrage! If Apple gives me a free iPad, then I am definitely not going to buy one.
I think thats why they are trying to offer at 12+ inch tablet (differ themselves from the big phones).
If they are able to offer at 12inch tab that runs ios and osx I will be grabbing that for sure and I assume many would. How they would deal with the keyboard I am not sure but I assume something like the surface?
That's because with Steve, f-ups like this would cost you your career in Silicon Valley.
Now, with "Mr. Pobody's Nerfect" at the helm, the QA has fallen through the floor.

Wow... so they look the same then, maybe they'll be thinner? If they don't get 2GB of RAM then the new Nexus 9 announced today frankly will embarrass the new iPad's with it's full 64 BIT OS and CPU with 4GB of RAM!
Edit: ah no the Nexus 9 has 2GB RAM. It looks a lil bit like an iPad too?
And seriously, if anyone really does think this leak is anything but a purposely controlled Apple leak then you are naive IMO.

Yeah, that's what is keeping my hopes up that there's something other than the usual iPad spec bumps and OS X release.

I can't be the only one that is a little bit miffed by the lack of love being given for the iPad mini here. What's the point in staggering design updated between them when, come the announcement of the iPad Pro, they'll be a neatly packaged family of three different sized iPads.
TouchID is cool and all. So is the A8. But being that left behind leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes me think that I should maybe wait a year before upgrading.
