touch id would be so annoying coming from someone who relies on the smart cover to unlock and lock the ipad.

Yeah, it would be, I probably won't use it to unlock the device but to lock down apps. of course holy grail would be apple watch unlocks iPad when its next to it..

ZZZZzzzZ

Is it just me, or is the iPad refresh looking to be a real snoozefest this year? Unless there's some unique ios updates related to this hardware refresh (which appears unlikely now), I'm def sitting this one out.

I was hoping for more screen real estate, perhaps a 3x retina, on the new Air. This pic makes it look like it'll be more of the same..

I don't like that the mini and the air show the same amount of content. I really like how the iPhone 5S, 6, and 6 plus all show different amounts of content because of their screen size. It makes getting a bigger screen worth while, in my opinion.

2GB of RAM, an A8X CPU with 6 core graphics and 2GB of RAM. Oh, did I mention 2GB of RAM? I'm looking forward to this :D

2GB of RAM.

There's nothing wrong with the book/guide the direct link is linking to.

It's the book's preview that has been updated in advance.

I just took a look and it's blank now.

2GB of RAM :D Doesn't get any better than that :D

Amazing update for anyone that doesn't have last years model.

If you have last years model then there's no real reason to be upgrading after just a year.

Not keen on the names at all, and Im surprised. If that's the actual names or just a reference for the guide. It could be marketed as 'The new iPad mini' and 'The new iPad Air' but I think that iPad Mini 3 and iPad Air 2 sound very clunky.

The second gen iPad Mini has never been called "iPad Mini 2", its been called iPad mini with Retina Display.

I would be more excited about this if I didn't have a 6 Plus with unlimited data.

Still on iPad3, also unlimited, but it's seeing a lot less use with the 6 Plus.

Thew New iPad IS iPad with Retina Display.

Now, yes.

At the time no, two entirely seperate products. The New iPad was iPad 3's launch title, whereas the iPad 4 was marketed as iPad with Retina Display.

Only since iPad 4 launched/iPad 3 discontinued/iPad 2 discontinued/iPad 4 re-released has the "with Retina Display" tag applied to both the 3 and 4.

This is interesting to me. I am really curious how much less people use their iPads after owning the 6 plus. Either their iPad Mini or their Air.

I hope to get accounts from more iPhone 6 plus users.

Gentlemen bookmark this:

New sources (not the same early and yesterday about no iMac 27 5K) confirm Apple to sell again at least one product under the brand name MACINTOSH, yes b1tches twice sourced the rumours (also many French sites - maybe just read macrumour- expect the same), this source I mean it's journalist at some East coast news paper.
