Thanks. I don't know about anyone else, but all I really wanted to hear from anyone who makes an honest mistake is "oh, sorry i screwed up" and maybe edit your original comment so it doesn't spoil anything for others catching up on the thread.

Agreed - I think most of us would agree that people's definitions of what constitutes a "spoiler" differ - so let's all, out of respect for each other, take the broadest definition and simply NOT post anything about the keynote.
Simple enough rule.
A respectful forum is a very welcoming and nice place - I've found the macrumors forums to often be that way. Simply because most of us are anonymous, does not mean we should be less beholden to respect the wishes of others.
If you got excited, came here, and made a mistake by accidentally posting a small tidbit of spoiler that you came across - ok, mistakes happen. If you admit to it, we'll forgive it.
But again, the creators and inhabitants of this particular thread have kindly asked that members posting on this thread refrain from any and all talk about the keynote and we are appreciative of you for respecting that request (REGARDLESS of our reasons for asking).
and again... (credit to the OP)
