so what exactly will the link be? to the stream? or to the source video file?

i'm not a fan of those video streams that adjust the video quality based on your internet speed. i much prefer to do some detective work and find the original files.. also because i want to watch this on as high quality as possible.

(yes this is my first post.. i check macrumors like a dozen times a day for the past two years, but this is the first time i've been spoiler free and joined the forums)

so, guys here's what happened to me, I was hitting command-2 to visit this page (as I bookmarked it) and mistakenly pressed on command-1 which is for Apple's page!!!:mad::mad::mad:

but since I couldn't believe that I totally spoiled myself, I'm gonna spoil it here for everyone! I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this post does to anybody who reads it!

in brief, Apple just announced a brand-new-ground-braking-out-this-world-revolutionary-product that can do all this:

1. read minds
2. make you fly
3. do the dishes
4. make you invisible
5. take out the garbage
6. do the laundry
7. take the dog out for a walk
9. and even more! :p

but I was bummed when they didn't put in it a Food Processor! whatever I'll just wait for the 2nd Generation!
I'm starting my wishlist anyway:

1. Food Processing
2. create meals from nothing
3. teleport me from a place to another
4. C.I.P. (cornea image projecting)
u know, the usual specs a 23rd century gadget has... ;)

whoops, am I in the wrong century!? sorrryyy everyone!!

Still from Holland here (11.50 pm), tomorrow my iPhone ringin about 6 AM!
Come on with that keynote... In mean time: Im cleaning up my iTunes libary and rate my libary (1858 songs to go) so I can create a smart favorite playlist.
(sorry for my bad Englisch)

Posting that the event took place does not relate to anything or anyone.

I don't want to fight, but I do want to make my point. I will most likely be quiet after this...

Apple confirmed there is something new in the invitation.

Tomorrow, someone should start a thread for the next event. That won't even contain the date of the event, if there will be one, or what the invite says. Then you can all be happy. :p
Here's to hoping this is your last post in this thread.

Anything to avoid treble. See what I did there? Your forum name is treble and.... Ok, I'm going Stir Crazy. Is the keynote up yet :)

I liked your play on words, I just realized its now as dark outside as it is in my office what a looong day.

My 3 monitor display glow is keeping me comfort but i truly miss my outlets as im used to and yes im starting to go stir crazy!!!

Thats a great idea. Dont quote me because I am definitely not brave enough to search for it at the moment but someone did a script style site that polls the apple site and if i recall it was istheapplesitedown.com and i think it had a goog page rank of 4 so it was being used.

I believe that site was istheapplestoredown.com but I won't check it right now either :)
I work for an apple reseller and i always have it open on one of our macs just in case :)

Ok, Ok. Fine. You are right, I am, was and are wrong. You obviously have a level head about this all and we are all probably a bit crazy. But please, can you humour me and my fellow friends who are passing the time in this forum by not posting anything we might consider to be spoilers. Thanks. I'll give you a biscuit

Welcome :)

I've got Pirates of Silicon Valley that I could watch. I've never seen it. It's in a package addressed to my dad, however, so I'll have to ask him before opening it.

Tablet

You guys are really out of the loop. :) I'll post the link also, since I cheated and went on Apple.com.

woah =D you almost got me xD i skipped your post aufter reaging the first two lines but then i accidently took a glimpse and read "food processing" ... and youre absolutely right, i want that sooooo badly, too

Ok, I give in. You're right. I admit it. I'm crazy. I'm a kook. But please, can you humour me and my fellow friends who are passing the time in this forum by not posting anything we might consider to be spoilers. Thanks. I'll give you a cookie :D

I am seriously leaving this thread now, and if the keynote is in iTunes when I get up tomorrow, I won't be back. Either this time or next. This, nor any other (public) thread is, or can be spoiler free. The best bet really is to keep refreshing the official place that can't be spoiled (other than by exernal ads, which you can probably disable in your browser).

P.S. I'll PM you where to send my cookie.

I used to watch that movie every night to get to sleep :D Not that it's boring. I used to re-watch movies I've seen a million times to get to sleep. But if you've never seen it you should definitely watch it. Really solid made-for-tv movie.

Watch for the voice of Futurama's Bender (John DiMaggio) as Steve Balmer.
