A) The Apple Lisa wasn't a mac:rolleyes:

B) if they were doing on a lisa the movie would be in black and white:cool:

They could still edit it in color, just not see it in color. (If you look past the fact that the Lisa would never be able to store 1/10 of the video or probably not load a video-editor advanced enough to actually do the editing needed)

Anyways, get a frigging move on!!!

I will recommend...

iGetter. Last time when the keynote was put out on the internetz the speed wasnt that great, everyone downloaded it and so on. so i recommend that you use igetter or any other download manager. I got full speed last time, so worth using :D

The latest podcast video keynote was 850,6 MB. (I know cause iTunes just wants to download the old one from sep 2009...)

And the WWDC '09 Keynote is 1.35 GB on the podcast page. It came in at just over 2 hours. The keynote you mentioned was 1 hour 14 minutes. So the keynote will probably somewhere between those.

The iPhone introduction was 1 hour 45 minutes and came in at 1.21 GB.

Ok I see, I never really found out what happend with their youtube pron fest, i guess since i didnt hear about it maybe it wasnt such a success? Not gonna google it thats for sure..
The youtube p0rn thing has happened a few times. One notable time was when they uploaded tons of explicit, hardcore p0rn under the names and tags of "How to bake a Delicious Marble Cake", and variations of that. Often a video will start with real footage (someone baking a cake) before turning into hardcore p0rn. They recently did this again but they made Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus videos with hardcore p0rn mixed in.

Hilarious, in my opinion. The world needs some tasteless chaos to keep things interesting.

ok, it's almost 2am here, and I'm extremely exhausted! I literary dozed off on my keyboard for a few minutes!

I'll catch it up first thing in the morning! or even if i wake up in a couple of hours dreaming of the event! :p

good night everyone, and Thanks for being spoiler free!!! :D

Just to confirm, the stream isn't up yet. I'm checking Apple's website manually in case there's a bug in my script. Also, keep in mind that the script is checking both the Quicktime stream and the iTunes podcast.

Not believing in god does not mean you believe in the devil.

Look at it like this: The devil is just another powerful deity, and by believing in a god, I never specify which one. I could not be an atheist and worship the devil. By being an atheist, I acknowledge I worship no one, including the devil.

yeah. How isn't that what I was saying?

Hilarious and witty indeed!!

I Almost heard the spoilers today... twice.

Today during computers class today, I was really tempted to see what was new on the MacRumors Homepage, but because the computers at my school are really slow PCs and they run IE6, the web page took forever to load and I decided to give up and stay spoiler-free.

Later today when I got home from school, my brother was watching the news and I heard, "Apple's just..." **I cover up my ears and yell very loudly** "...that story, later tonight". *Phew*
;)

They're releasing the iSteve, which is a new line of clothing, basically jeans and turtleneck !

this waiting around is getting boring.

What I mean is:

If you believe in the devil (which is a biblish thing) you also have to believe in god (as he created the devil). therefore you cant be an atheist believing in the devil. thats paradox.

Fair enough. I do concede that point.

What's the link?

Small recommendation for the OCD - at the bottom put the time/date the last check happened, so we know its working...

What the frick is taking them so long? Do they have to send the video to Pixar for a CGI makeover or something?:D

I'm not waiting much longer..... the only reason I've waited this long is because I've been out all day. I fully expected the video to be ready by now....

So I'm back fr practice... Somehow I've managed to stay spoiler free all day! Hopefully it won't be to much longer

Religious crap!

Oh, God! What the hell has this discussion come to... now we're having religious conversations...

Maybe Apple won't post their event until tomorrow... we're all doomed!

:(
