Or perhaps can cause less of an interruption compared to what a similar alert would cause if it had come in on a phone. The "kiss" ad is truly bizarre: "Buy our product so that intimate moments can be interrupted by alert tones!"

Nice try. That's not what I was saying at all. I am saying that it is my opinion that the recent slew of advertisements, as well as the introduction of new watch models, is an attempt at trying to improve sales. This is based on my personal observations. you may disagree, and that's fine, but their pushing of the Watch seems a bit more frantic than other products have been in my opinion.Last night I was watching The Voice and saw several commercials for the new Nexus phones. As well as one for Surface Book. I guess those products are duds since according to MR logic now advertising only exists to try and prop up a failing product.
Yeah, that's exactly what that's like. Totally.
It does baffle me that apparently advertising is now a sign of a failed product. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by anything when it comes to Watch.Cleary many of the most popular car manufacturers and restaurants and other products and services are just duds and have been for years and years given that they run TV commercials.
How so? I've seen way more iPhone commercials on TV than Watch. Also, Apple went several months with zero Watch advertising. It only makes sense as we get closer to the holidays that they would ramp that up. Honestly in the past week or so I've seen more Google and Microsoft ads on TV than anything from Apple.Nice try. Any of our younger members (or more hip members) know the artist in the 'style' ad? My daughter loves the tune and my musical tastes skews decidedly older.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
The song is Gold by Kiiara. I've listened over and over. That track is available on Apple Music, but three other excellent tracks by her are also available on SoundCloud. Give them a listen!Any of our younger members (or more hip members) know the artist in the 'style' ad? My daughter loves the tune and my musical tastes skews decidedly older.

Loving the style of the new ads.
To haters: ok you don't like them. Move along.

Boy they're sure spending a lot of money promoting these useless things, when even Scott Stein, one of Apples biggest fanboys says they're not all that great, they can't be too good.
Will check her out on SoundCloud. Thanks for the tip.The song is Gold by Kiiara. I've listened over and over. That track is available on Apple Music, but three other excellent tracks by her are also available on SoundCloud. Give them a listen!

& is that the RZA in 'Play'??
They are already here. Look at the post above yourYou could've at least waited for the haters to arrive before commenting!
Do you want a bigger screen.... On your wrist ??? Really!?Those are not commercials, they are showing why the Apple Watch is useless. Buying ice cream? The one with the kiss I didn't get it THE SCREEN WAS TOO SMAL. And dancing?
There is not a thing that makes me buy an Apple Watch, I am trying but everything with it is just wrong. The watch is ugly, screen too small, needs an iPhone, needs to be recharged, it is super expensive. I mean, you buy stuff to resolve something in your life, the Apple Watch does not resolve anything, it is maintenance.
Honestly it's about as tiring and annoying seeing the same type of posts complaining about someone not liking something. Just as tiring and annoying seeing posts like mine complaining about the complainers. It's a wash, rinse, repeat.LOL, it's so good to see them still stuck in their hates. Is it kinda tiring to post the same thing over and over? We don't want to read hundred posts of 'I don't like Apple Watch'. Believe me, it's kinda annoying.
