I guess new iPad and maybe a new Pencil, that's it. WWDC is less than 3 months away, I think new Macs will be announced during the conference.
Maybe they'll announce the shipment date for AirPower, but honestly I don't give a damn about it, I already have some Qi chargers at home.

I hope they lower the pricing of all Mac products by $200 across the board, or even $300 for educational. They can certainly afford to do so.
I’m just hoping for a more reflective exchange rate across the board! $1,400 equivalent for a 64gb iPhone X is no joke o_O

I'd be interested in a more pencil-sized Apple Pencil ✏️
A standard #2 pencil is 190mm (7.5”) long and 7mm wide.
An Apple Pencil is 176mm (6.9”) long and 9mm wide.

How much more “pencil-sized” would you like?

I don't think the shareholders would agree with you.
If it results in increased educational sales and profits they would.

Apple has lost so much ground in education to Chromebooks, et al. Let’s see if they have any desire to catch up a bit.

Well if I look around me right now in my class, it's more than 50% macbooks, about 10% iPad's, 20% pen and paper and the other 20% is windows laptops. Literally zero chromebooks. I get that it's a small sample size, but I doubt it's much different in other colleges/universities.

I recognize and don’t disagree with that, as I teach at a university.

My assumption, however, is that an educational event would be focused on institutions and bulk purchases (e.g. primary schools or districts), though I could be wrong. In that respect, Apple is barely even a competitor.

Well they will be releasing something new then, perhaps an iPhone iPad or Mac, who knows perhaps even as a bundle. A low-cost iPad will appeal just as much to non-education markets as the education ones I'd imagine as a lot of people don't want to fork out for an iPad Pro, same with a lower cost iPhone.

I’d really like to see an updated Air, but I won’t get my hopes up.

I predict that Apple is going to release updates to ALL of their products, drop their prices by 30%, come out with a new version of iOS that has a magical new UI which will allow you to run macOS apps, and include a free puppy or kitten with every purchase!
