I have not purchased a new iPhone in about 4 years, so I think I am going to bite the bullet. Giving strong consideration to getting the Apple Watch 4 as well. The prices though are pretty darn hard to swallow! But if I can get another 4 years I guess it won't be too bad.

I’ve never been charged an activation fee when going through the iPhone upgrade program. I’ve always been charged one if I buy a phone any other way.

This happened to me when I purchased the phone full price. But being on the IUP for the first time I don’t think it will happen.

Verizon Business is letting me select new iPhones. Haven't gone though yet since not eligible for upgrades at this time But no watches

This gets a little less exciting each year. After many years of perorder every iPhone... Last year, I pre-ordered an X and was so underwhelmed I gave it away. This year I was so underwhelmed by the keynote that I just don't care.

It makes me a little sad that this annual tech excitement is just played out and meh for me now.
