Did you download the latest software/drivers for the Easyshare? Kodak posted a new download on Monday that did the trick for me.
I can only find drivers for 10.4 and below, so if you could post a link to where you got it that would be awesome. Thanks.

French Reference Dictionary "Le Petit Robert 2007" (and 2008 maybe) not working

Hi, after installing Leopard, the French reference dictionary on cd-rom "Le Petit Robert 2007" is not working anymore. It seems to open, but it crashes.
I have read elsewhere that also the bran new (2008) version doesn't work at all.
For those who absolutely need to work with these applications, then, it seems the only way is to go back to Tiger, or wait for the next release.

So far I have only found one (1) application that don't work on OS 10.5, and that is Max (the CD ripper and audio converter). The developer are working hard to fix the issues though.
All my other favorite applications are working beautifully. :D

A tiny little freeware gem that I couldn't imagine life without...iSnip.

Guitar Pro 5 hangs when opening, the beachball stays there forever, has to be force quit.

Izotope RX opens but the interface is screwed up, and can't even load an audio file, says error... crap...... :l

Upgraded to Leopard today. iRemember crashes within a minute or two. I did an archive & install, and then re-installed iRemember after the first two crashes. That didn't make any difference.

I have contacted the developer and will wait to hear back from them before adding the program to the list.

Flash Paper on Leopard??

Does anybody know whether Flash Paper (came with Contribute CS3) works on Leopard?
If I try to print something in either Excel, Powerpoint or Word (Office 2004) each of these programmes crashes.

I really need Flash Paper (or Flash Paper 2 - the newer version) to work again so I'd appreciate your help!
Thanx!
Thomas

According the MYOB website, AccountEdge 2007 and FirstEdge v3 have only a minor issue with the integrated backup function not working properly but manual backups working fine.

However, AccountEdge Network Edition has a HUGE issue in that FileConnect does not stay active and therefore one cannot connect to the company files over the network. They suggest not upgrading the computer acting as the server to Leopard until they release an update, but they give no time frame. Upgrading the other computers on the network does not affect it, apparently, though.

You can read about it here, http://myob-us.com/updates/leopard/

So I guess we won't upgrade our XServe until MYOB fixes that.

And by the way, since I do not see that anyone has mentioned it, it appears that updates to Filemaker Pro 9 and Filemaker Pro 9 Advanced have been posted that make them compatible with Leopard, but the server edition update will not come out until early 2008. More info here: http://www.filemaker.com/support/leopard.html

Quicken 2005 and AppleWorks 6.2.9 Work with Leopard

Scrolled through the list and the guide and didn't see these programs on the list.

I've not done the upgrade yet, but would like to know if:

- Palm HotSync (specifically, syncing with a Treo 755p to Entourage 2004)
- Quicken 2005
- AppleWorks 6.2.9
- Audacity 1.3.3
- Azereus
- Cyberduck 2.8

That's all I can think that I use on a daily basis (that I didn't already see on the list of what works and what doesn't)

The Palm HotSync is pretty important, since I sync my Treo to Entourage multiple times per day.

Good news. I just installed Leopard on two of my systems, and I can confirm that Quicken 2005 works just fine with Leopard. AppleWorks 6.2.9 works just fine as well.

I did a fresh install of Leopard on a freshly formatted hard drive, and then installed Quicken 2005 from the original OS X installation disk (using the Install Bundled Software Only option).

I then copied my Quicken 2005 data folder back to my Documents folder in OS X, and everything loaded-up and worked just fine.

As a side note, I did make sure to upgrade using the Quicken updater to version "R6" using the updater from the Quicken website.

Anybody mention DVD Imager yet, although an update is supposed to be out very soon.

My list of problem apps

I wanted to edit the pages, but since I don't yet have 5 posts, I'm not allowed. Will someone please do that for me?

Audiobook Builder by Splasm - minor font problems but there is a fix now available at splasm.org.

TiVo Decode Manager - cannot decode at all under Leopard. No fix available and nothing posted on the web site about any updates. Also, there does not seem to be an easy way to contact anyone about the problem.

Gas Widget - this is the widget that uses info from Gas Price Watch. The widget is completely broken under Leopard, but I contacted the developer and he is working on a fix.
