There's Disney Plus, and there's the Disney "Bundle"
Those are 2 separate offerings.

I think the issue is cost of infrastructure - signficantly more land to cover and larger population to serve. More towers, more cables, more equipment, more maintenance. That is INSANE. I have just got a new plan in the UK. Iphone 12 over 24 months + Unlimited 5G data/texts/minutes. All taxes included £53/month (~$62). Y'all been ripped off over there.
Edit: and when it says unlimited- they really actually properly mean it.
Now THAT’S amazing. Sheesh.I have 4 iPhone 12 (financed with rebates to equal 0 per month) 4 Apple Watch lines, with Netflix top level plan and pay $120/month after taxes. And our jobs pay together $100/month towards our plans so we pay $20/month. Barely more than the Netflix plan alone.
Limits on video quality - goneI'm on a big family plan. It would be nice if AT&T didn't purposely BLOCK 5G access to all of us.
We have a massive (shared) data package with no limits on data speeds, tethering, video stream quality, or anything else. With roll-over data we always end up with way more data than we can use. It's virtually unlimited, and I get a discount through work.
AT&T wants us to switch to a new "unlimited" plan - with limits on video quality, limits on tethering, and limits on how much discount I get through work - it will ensure a maximum price increase for a more limited service. In return, we can get access to 5G.
With T-Mobile, I pay a flat $84 a month for unlimited data, text etc. for phone, watch, and iPad. My devices are paid in full so, there are no additional payments in that regard. I always pay in full at purchase. That is INSANE. I have just got a new plan in the UK. Iphone 12 over 24 months + Unlimited 5G data/texts/minutes. All taxes included £53/month (~$62). Plus you pay taxes and fees, which can push it over $100 depending on where you live. This is a major reason why I stick with prepaid.

Lots of options. For example, I have Cricket's $40 ($35 with autopay) plan, which is 10 GB of 4G data capped at 8 Mbps, plus unlimited calls and texts. That's enough data and speed for my needs.which prepaid?
Do you understand what a monopoly is?Definitely not a monopoly.
You know what Verizon can't do? Offer HBO Max to its customers for free.
All the states do though. It may not be much but it’s there so they can say in all states. If only my state had AT&T 5G.

Why? You don’t like borrowing money at 0%?With T-Mobile, I pay a flat $84 a month for unlimited data, text etc. for phone, watch, and iPad. My devices are paid in full so, there are no additional payments in that regard. I always pay in full at purchase.
I don't.Why? You don’t like borrowing money at 0%?

More power to you.I’m just over here with the original grandfathered in unlimited plan. They have been trying to get me to switch for years.
I don't borrow unless absolutely necessary. Why? You don’t like borrowing money at 0%?
The same was said about 4G back then. They'll catch up. I'll probably never use T-Mobile, but I'm glad they exist as competitors.T-Mobile is the 5G King right now. AT&T and Verizon are going to have to heat things up in other offerings or they will bleed customers to T-Mobile.
That's throwing away at least 3% yearly, or more like 15%, depending on how you look at the discount rate.I don't borrow unless absolutely necessary.
No, but they can include Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+, and Apple Music at the same highest tier level.Definitely not a monopoly.

I prefer not to owe anyone. I was raised to pay cash and walk. It may not be to the liking of many others here but it works for me.That's throwing away at least 3% yearly, or more like 15%, depending on how you look at the discount rate.
