See that's the thing, it doesn't make sense because I put the plan on 5 days ago. I made twenty texts yesterday, 5 were charged, 15 were not.

Just sent a text from my email to my phone. I'll see where that goes.
I'm about to text a few of my friends, one who has an iphone 3g and one who has a normal phone. I'll see how those get charged.

is there anything different from the people's service taht you're sending them to? Are they outside the ATT network, different state, non-premier customer?
 
How do I tell if I'm premium or not?

I want to use B2B1500 but I don't know how to tell if I'm a premier member or not. I have 2 1st gen 8GB iphones. I have them on a family plan by themselves. Any way I can check online or something if I'm premier or not?
 
log on to your wireless account, on the upper right area it should say

* Logged in as: First Name Last Name
* View Profile
* Logout

You are a premier member if you provided ATT with a FAN from your school or company.

Any way if I called ATT CS they would just give me B2B 1500? Or does anyone want to share their email address so I can use it?:D
 
5 messages pay as you go were to a prepaid cellphone.

Sounds like a billing error by AT&T. I wouldn't be surprised if they find the mistake and correct it before your billing cycle ends, but if they don't, I'm sure it's a relatively easy fix.
 
For those of you keeping score at home... I just called 1-800-331-0500 and was able to add TMS4 and U200 . :D

I tried doing it on setup in the store yesterday, and they said I needed to call a CSR. I called a CSR last night, she told me I needed to go in the store, and then she said she couldn't apply the codes. :rolleyes:

They guy today was very helpful. :)

woohoo! got my fan discount put back on my account, added the TMS3 and the U200 as well! she was a little reluctant about the U200 but no problems! Att I love you again:rolleyes:
 
From what I can gather from this site and others, the codes are valid until you change your rate plan. If you change your plan and those codes have expired, you will not be able to re-apply them.

I changed my rate plan online after the codes were added and they are still on my account.
 
If I add the 2 codes on a family plan will both lines have access to the additional 200 minutes and the 1500 text messages?

I just tried calling and the CSR would not add the U200 to my account.
 
i just got the free 200 mins and 1500 texts for 8.99. thanks guys! does anyone know if the code RUN7 still works for 7pm nights?
 
called twice. they seemed really surprised i had that code and kept asking me how I got the secret code. they wouldn't add the codes.
 
I was successful in adding TMS4 and U200 now. The business care rep was very friendly. He inquired about how I found out about the code. I told him that some friends with iPhones told me about the codes.
 
I find this funny..

No need to rely on friends or something like that when you're asked about the codes. Remember, everyone.. you are PREMIER MEMBERS. You have FAN/Corporate/IRU discounts that make premier members with ATT. If they ask, just act businesslike and tell them that it's part of the discount your work/college/etc. has set up for you. Nothing more, nothing less. If they want to verify it, let them do the work, not you. You shouldn't have to justify your knowledge of these codes because they want details.

If they tell you no, thank them, call back in x amount of minutes, and try again. They'll get added.
