Just got off the phone with a great Business Care Specialist in Oklahoma and IT WORKED, she put me on hold for a few minutes while she verified some information. She stated that she was removing the 1500 for 15.00 and adding the 1500 for 8.99. You guys all ROCK! Thanks for the information and saving more money each month!!!

Thank you forum members. The code really did work. The associate first said it wouldn't work because of the text messages included in the data plan, but I told her I already had the text plan for 15. She removed the plan from my account and then added the code, and the 8.99 popped up. It is business to business plan as it's entitled, but she clarified that it will work the same as the prior text plan. Thanks again!

Called ATT and they said it could not be added to my account because it wasn't a "business" account... I also added a FAN to the account from the university I work at.

Any ideas? Did others not on a business plan get this to work?

just wanted to report that the TMS4 code worked for me - i called at&t and the rep added it and removed the $5 for 200 text messages that i originally put on when i got my 3G iphone...

yep, TMS4 worked for me too, the guy had trouble with the b2b1500 and then found the tMS4 one for me. I'm still on 2G plan so I now get 1700 texts for 8.99 until I upgrade...

not sure, I should have asked. Im trying again right now.

Edit: Called back and got it added on both my family lines. After they ask what the can do for you I just said, " I need to have a feature code added on my account." Took about 2 minutes and it was done.

I just went Premier (I think) through my university. I validated my account and what not but the only discounts available it seems are for $100 off some phones.

The second one was very helpful and got it all worked out in about 5 minutes. She even apologized for the "long" wait but wanted to make sure "business to business" didn't mean I could only send text messages to other business accounts (and it doesn't).

Quick question, so I just signed up for the FAN discount for my university. Although, I don't think I'm technically eligible to. It was for a specific school within my university and not the one I'm enrolled to. My email was from the university and I am a student but not of that specific school. Would I get in trouble? I signed up for it already. I wonder if the school will contact me.

Well I just called for the third time and the lady said she was unable to give me the discounted rate again. She said if she gave me the discounted rate she would be fired from her job.
This is the second person who has told me she would be fired if she activated the code.
