hm, some bad news =[

i called 611 and the first lady right away added u200, cll2 and tmb9

then she saw the texts are "blackberry2blackberry" so she asked her manager about it and he told her that i shouldnt have them since i have an iphone and she removed the plans, i called at least 5 more times with no luck and they all told me to wait till premier opens on monday =[

im buying a 3GS tomorrow and i really wanted it..

btw does it even matter if the texts are B2B, im guessing not..
 
how are you guys even getting through to talk to ppl from the premiere number?

i've been trying for the past 2 days and have been on hold for upwards to 2 hours without ever even talking to any associates.

Just call 611, if you have a FAN discount, it will automatically route you to premier.
 
Tried to add the TMB9, but 3 reps said they could not do it. Does anyone know if this is a specific discount for certain premier discounts, or only certain reps will add it.... Thanks

It may be tied to your fan number and specific discounts your premiere account is eligible for.

What I did when I called was I didnt give the associate a chance to decide if she could or couldn't add it to my account. I called and said I would like to add a feature to my premiere account and remove another. I told her to first remove the 200 text messages I already had on my account. After she did that I then told her that I was given a feature code from my HR dept and I would like to add it in place of the previous feature. Then I spelled out exactly what it was, along with the price.

Took her about 15 mins to get everything to go through, but it was relatively painless.

I would keep trying until you get someone that will do it for you.
 
could someone post all the codes and what they are? I've only been able to find what the TMS4 code is for.

Sorry, I don't feel like going through 50 pages. I have to meet with AT&T tomorrow about my text plan and think I could probably land one of these.

well crud tried the cl22 for my college (200 free texts) and it didnt work

LOL, so I tried again, and the guy said it was CLL2 and he added it.

whoever keeps bashing the AT&T Customer Service is nuts. I have yet talked to someone who does not go out of their way to help me.

Just got the 200 free SMS texts added to my account!

I hope you read the Wiki on this, as well as the couple hundred posts in this thread about the CLL2 code. It is for University FANs and may be taken off at the next billing cycle, so you may have to call back each time it is removed to have it added back. YMMV, but just beware.

I have called a couple times now and keep being told that U200 for 200 free minutes/month is an expired code.

Oh well.

I'm not sure. It looks like on my AT&T account it replaces the $5.00 plan. I'm not 100% sure though because I'm having a hard time figuring out the my AT&T website.

I asked if you could try the CLL2 for 200 free texts, and it worked.

After it worked, their systems crashed, and she was likes "I'll call back tomorrow". I have yet to hear a call. It's been 3 days. :/.

It went through on my mom's line though. I wanted to add it on every since line in our plan. Too bad my mom doesn't use texts :mad:

my FAN is linked through my Virginia Tech e-mail, so I'm assuming I will keep the 200 text code.

I think you need to cancel the $5.00 texts.

Go into wireless.att.com, log in (on the right). Hit the Features tab on the top, and use the drop down arrow to select your phone number. Scroll down and see your texting. If the $5.00 texts are still there, as well as the College 200 texts, then you get 400 texts for $5.00. Your choice, you can either get free 200, or pay $5.00 for 400. (I think)

well both have "current" beside them, no choice to cancel the $5.00 one, but then again, I could be confused on how to cancel it. Do you know how to do that if it is possible?
