I was able to add both U200 and CLL2 to both of our Family plan lines today. Only took one call to #611.

I was told by the CSR that the 200 free text messages were only for ADDITIONAL text messages. You have to have another text message plan already that you're paying for.
 
I just added TMB9 but when i log in to OLAM, it doesnt show I have any text messaging plan. What gives?

Did you have to ask specifically for them to be applied to all lines?

She applied them to my line first, then she was the one that actually asked if I wanted them applied to my other line as well. I had been planning on just calling back later to get them added to my wife's line. Can't complain about that kind of customer service. :)

that means the rep did it correctly. it won't show for a few days, but you should see the b2b tmb9 added under your features section on your account. you won't be able to check your data usage until your next billing cycle though.

Okay I got TSB9 added to my account. How do I avoid getting these ******** "prorated" charges on my account? I got them last time when I switched texting plans.

You will always get that whenever you change a feature of your account within the current billing cycle. Please take note the number of SMS are also prorated so you don't actually get the 750 SMS instantly during the change, you have to wait for the next billing cycle. You can call 611 and ask how many SMS are allotted to your plan right now after adding the TMB9 plan to avoid overcharges.

Just got an email from ATT indicating a change to my service, but still don't see the tmb9 on OLAM

Go to your OLAM, click Features, then click View All Included Features (link beside the image of your phone)

It should show something in the list as:

B2B Txt Msg 750 25% $7.49
B2B Txt Msg 750 25%

I'm striking out here...

I called once - and the lady could not find CLL2 or U200...

I called back - another lady found them and started adding them to my line, but when I asked if we could apply them to my other line - she put me on hold - came back and said I needed to go to an AT&T store to add them...

I do have a University faculty account too...
 
Does anyone know if you still need a regular text plan in conjunction with cll2 feature code (200 FREE TXT MESSAGES0) or can you use it with NO TEXT PLAN. I'm just wondering because I just got a new plan and it says 4 SMS as overages because I didn't add a text plan to begin with. After a day, I added cll2 and am hoping those 4 count towards the 200 free messages.
 
I work for Honda/Acura and they recently added AT&T for employee discounts in addition to Sprint. Finally got to add the TMB9 plan for 750. Worked on the first try. So happy because the 200 to 1500 txt plan jump is ridiculous in price.

^ So true. 200 isnt nearly enough, 1500 is wayyyy too much


Has anyone been able to get RUN7 to work? early nights and weekends. Everyone keeps saying it's dead, but then again everyone said TMB9 was dead too

TMB9 is what I have as well
