Did anyone upgrading early on Next Up see this? It was offered last year too but I had to jump through hoops for over 3 months before they applied it.

I just checked mine on the app. I ordered 2. One for my wife and one for myself. My order shows “we are working on your order.” My wife’s order says “we hit a snag with your order” and action required. Only on the app, on the website it says “preordered.” I’m not concerned. Every year AT&T has some weird status and it all works out before launch day for 99% of people. Most of the time it’s a back order status.

At least if there is a problem, it’s on my wife’s order and not mine lol.

Chat assured it was a glitch and all is good with both orders for a 9/22 delivery. I would guess it all gets sorted out before the weekend is over or early Monday afternoon at the latest.

Same exact situation for me, my phone is "working on your order" and my wife's is "snagged" and according to Retention it's an app glitch and there is nothing delaying either phone.
 
This is what I see when opening app.
That just means that some back-end system connections are not currently working wait 30 minutes and try again. AT&T is really trying to reset after all the changes they had to make during the day yesterday.

Things like having the iPhone 14s listed first to streamlining the account landing page to show devices and their upgrade status. You were forced to click an additional link to get to the rest of the MyAT&T functions.

When you call retention do you get an American on the phone? What’s their number
 
My wife's iPhone was eligble for a trade in but I'm going to get the new phone.
Before I would swap sims, how hard is it to do that with esims?
I'm giving her my iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I'm seeing this on the website too. order 15PM for me, 15P for wifey, her order says "pre-ordered", mine says "we're working on your order". Since I'm seeing it on both app and website, I'm curious if anyone else is having this issue?
 
It is the app is having problems today. Does anyone know if ATT uses FedEx, UPS or both?
Yes the App has limited access and even the MyAT&T web interface has limited function right now. Yes AT&T uses UPS and FedEx. UPS is the default for most areas of the country.

There will not be any Tracking data until Thursday when the labels are printed.

Easy - just transfer your esim from the 14 to the 15 then transfer your wife’s sim to the 14. It’s pretty seamless.

Thanks. But after that, how does the 12 Pro Max sim get on the 14? Videos I watched shows a list to select from. Hoping that will be easy.
 
Do AT&T iPhones come pre-activated? wanna switch the lines on my phone as I upgraded my moms line and I'll give her my 14 while I take the 15. We're both on the same AT&T account

Got my notification this morning, it’s already been received by Fed Ex! It’s a bummer that it’s being held, it’s already in my city.

That offer was automatically applied for me at checkout and I believe it takes up to 3 billing cycles for the rebate to kick in.
