Carrier AT&T iPhone 15/iPhone 15 Pro Pre-order & Delivery Thread

I ordered a blue with 256, but didn’t get my order in until 8 hours after preorders started… still says “we’ve hit a snag” and won’t ship until 9/22 - 10/6. Understanding any response is pure speculation, about how long of a wait am I in for here? Fingers crossed I get mine before the end of the month…

Well that is the AT&T standard 14 day window so it could ship as soon as AT&T receives more allocation from Apple. So my vote is 9/26 - 9/29 for that configuration.

I guess that plays the game of “how long will it take AT&T to get more from Apple?” Which if Apple is backed up to shipping orders in November I am holding my breath with this one.

Is anyone else seeing this? On the first page it says it’s est. to ship in Tuesday. The next says it’ll ship in Thursday. Which is it?

The last several years mine has always said ship by whatever the day is before launch. It has always followed the same cycle. It actually ships on Tuesday and I get the email and tracking info on Thursday. Also, despite checking FedEx Delivery Manager it never shows up until late Wednesday night/ early Thursday morning. My guess it is will ship by Tuesday or earlier and you get tracking and shipping email Thursday, followed by delivery on Friday.

Got the text a few hours ago from FedEx that my phone is shipping soon and will be delivered on 9/22!

As long as you did not order an iPhone 15 Max you should be good for next week. There have be issues with the Max production quantities, they started late and there was a reduced amount for Pre-Order resulting in the Nov. dates.

Yeah I had that. Mine was estimated to ship Friday, and on the other page I have an estimated ship date of 2nd week of October.

Anybody have FirstNet? Their website hasn’t worked for me since yesterday afternoon. Checking to see if anyone is experiencing the same thing.

I’m still waiting, last I saw on their website is “Processing” but AT&T website says “Ordered”. Want to make sure nothing is messed up. This is my first time ordering through AT&T…I usually go through Apple but you can’t with a FirstNet account.

Yeah me and at least 5-10 others have FirstNet and had our order's cancelled by AT&T due to a "technical glitch" on AT&T's end. If your order doesn't say "technical glitch" on your order landing page I would assume you are going to be fine.

That sucks

I’ve been trying to check their website but it’s all messed up. Some pages won’t load or I can’t click on the buttons to search my order status. Been that way since yesterday

I spent hours on the morning of pre orders trying to do it from the Firstnet website. It was totally bugging out so I finally called and did it all over the phone

Crazy thing I was able to order through their website by 8:19 EST…it gave me a glitch at checkout but it still went through and I got my confirmation email.

Just got another email saying my order is being worked on and will be shipped 9/21. Looks like I’m still on track for release day delivery.

So I came from Verizon to AT&T (Yay!)

Being my first time pre-ordering with AT&T, how accurate is the delivery dates typically?

Currently my phone is showing estimated to ship 10/12-10/26...

Have the same thing in the mobile app but when clicking into the order and then when looking on the desktop version everything seems fine.

I didn’t preorder this year, still debating on getting the iPhone 15 pro or max.

Can I still just go to the ATT store this Friday morning and just buy the 15 pro straight up?

I’ll probably call my local att store and see what type of qty stock they’ll be getting.

AT&T and Costco members, don't forget about the $100 gift card offer, it's like getting your sales tax back or one nice groceries shopping trip back (plus free activation). I was still about to get my iPhone 15 Pro Max (Blue, 512GB) for release day delievery.

My At&t account still says Yay you are in line for a preorder device but I got my tracking number from FedEx an hour ago. Before this I had a flag on account to do a id verification which came late Friday evening but Saturday morning by 9 am it had cleared and order was ok. Im glad this didn't make me lose my shipping date position.
