Did anyone upgrading early on Next Up see this? It was offered last year too but I had to jump through hoops for over 3 months before they applied it.
I had this offer and used it when I upgraded from my iPhone 14 Pro Max on Friday. It does take time for the credits to be applied. I upgraded last year via trade in of my 12 Pro Max--I had no issues but I think it was indeed the 3rd bill before the credits kicked in. Its been great having a lower phone bill with the credits added. I think its great that I will still be getting credits with the new phone.

Is there any kind of reference number on the FedEx shipment that ties back to your AT&T order?

My phone is shipping to my parents house, so it wouldn't show up on my FedEx account.
Not that I can make sense of, there is a reference number. But it does not match, order number, phone number, or anything else.

In the future if you add your parents address to you delivery addressed the system will pick it up and you will get the notification of a delivery.

That offer was automatically applied for me at checkout and I believe it takes up to 3 billing cycles for the rebate to kick in.
For some reason it was not applied for me even though it said it would be when I did my upgrade through Apple. I was calling repeatedly for months before they applied it and finally applied my credits. Hopefully it is seamless this time.

Is anyone else seeing this? On the first page it says it’s est. to ship in Tuesday. The next says it’ll ship in Thursday. Which is it?

@Jayright99 Yeah I tried to do that but the FedEx Delivery Manager was giving me errors about not being able to send activation codes when I tried to enter my parents address. I gave up.
