I’m not having any luck with the pre-pre-order cart, either.

I’m sticking with my original plan…up at 4:30am tomorrow to get ready for the 5am pre-order haha!!

I just realized that when pre-ordering it from apple.com it allows you to put down a down payment to bring your monthly payment down. Not sure if ATT does that but pre-ordering it through Apple tomorrow instead of ATT.
 
My billing cycle ends on the 14th. I have (1) installment left on my phone. I also have (1) credit remaining that went pending Aug 22.
When I go through the motions of upgrading my line in preparation for tomorrow the 13th, it’s showing I owe $27 (the last installment). Autopay for this months bill doesn’t happen until first week of October.
Does anyone know how this is handled? It’s one day - do I really lose out on that remaining credit? How shall I handle this?
 
Can I trade in my iPhone 13 in very good condition except one of the camera lens ring protector missing? Not the entire camera, just the ring around it

It should show that you owe $27 when you look at your cart. And it is supposed to be charged at checkout along with Sales tax(s). Mine shows that I owe my final payment of $30.39 tomorrow when I look at my cart. My billing period ends on 9/22. So we will have to see what happens with that final payment. Also you might see a $35 Upgrade fee if your account does not qualify for it to be waived.

If I upgrade at Apple then I would be required to pay the $35 upgrade fee.

I paid off another line earlier in the week but it would not let me pay the $30.39 since it showed a true balance of $0.00 due on my account.

When I add my daughter’s IMEI of her soon to be old device I am receiving this on the cart page. Before it was showing the $830 discount for her iPhone 13. Now it says undefined 🤦‍♂️

Is anyone else seeing this?

This morning, I deleted the pre-order I had configured in my cart yesterday and started fresh, and it is no longer prompting me to choose a different plan. It won’t let me save my configuration to my cart, but I can reproducibly click quickly to get to one step before check out without modifying my plan
 
I'm getting "uh-oh something went wrong, please call us so we can help you order" message... anyone else?
 
I still don’t see installment options just gives me full price option and cat get past the phone selection screen
 
I'm getting the "it's glow time" apple icon and it says "We love that energy. 5 AM PDT. See you soon on my iPhone App for the Apple Store.
 
Weird, I was able to pre-order my wife's phone (Iphone 16 pro) and got confirmation the order is good but my 16 pro max button is grayed out with coming soon when I try to add to the cart.
 
Just ordered both iPPM 1TB, Desert Ti.

I was not required to change my plans (one is FirstNet Unlimited Extra and the other is UE). Easiest order ever, haha!!

Same! Was able to pre-order at 7:41 AM and have my confirmation text and email. I did not have to give up my grandfathered in unlimited plan. Does anyone know how we add AppleCare?
