On this, mine was doing the same. If you keep going to cart it will populate the correct bill credit for your trade in in the final cart (before card info)

I've added it once I got my phone activated. Believe me, Apple will remind you to get it, haha!!

Got my order in at 6:48. White titanium, pro max….love that they introduced the Next Up Anytime. It’ll save me from having to pay the remaining installments to get to 50% since I upgrade every year.

Thanks for posting. I was able to order without changing my plan too!
Only reason I like to order from Apple is just in case I don't like the color, I don't have to pay a restocking fee
And just like every year, AT&T comes through nice and early while everyone who goes through the Apple app sits and waits. This year there wasn’t even a waiting room and they were up way earlier! Nice and seamless.
This is the quickest I’ve been able to preorder in all my years of preordering. Got in 20 minutes before launch time. 👌🏽
All done with a minute to spare. I love that they always open up a little early. This year it was super smooth.

512gb white titanium pro order done with launch day delivery. Ordered a few minutes after 5pm pacific. Nice and smooth so far.
Hopefully AT&T doesn't cancel my order this year like last year due to a "system glitch" that affected a bunch of us FirstNet subscribers -- that was painful since they didn't reserve our spot in the preorder line and ultimately we had to complete the order via telephone.
