Ok, all good...cleared my cart and tried again, this time it worked.
Yeah, ATT premier is always weird for me. Was on my laptop 30 mins prior to 8amEDT and then got on my phone at 5 mins prior. Both got in a queue, but phone was less than a min and laptop, which has been waiting much longer, was 5 mins.
How does the free iPhone 15 Pro Max for new Fiber customers work? I just signed up for fiber last week...

Depending on the phone you are better off selling it. They gave me a $1000 for a iphone 13. Worth it. They wanted to also give $1000 for 14 pro max.Not worth it.
Only worth it if you keep your phone for the whole three years.
I have a question about AT&T's NextUp program. If I plan on keeping my Iphone 16 Pro Max for 2 years before upgrading and I am on a 3-year installment plan, would it make sense to enroll in the NextUp program and pay $10 a month extra for 2 years or don't enroll and payoff the phone 1 year early and lose the promotional credits for the last 12 months?
How does the trade in work if I got it via Apple.com with my att installment plan?

Button when using att as the carrier. Just my 4 digit pin to verify my account and the 36 month installment.

I assume I can go to att retail store (after I get the installment iPhone 16 pro max from Apple.com) and they will add the trade in into the plan?

Hopped on to see if anyone else had a smooth ordering process like I did. Honestly went a little too easy and now I'm nervous about it! HAHA. Looks like it actually went pretty easy for most people. Usually it is chaos for me and I end up having to wait for mine.

You enter your trade-in information on Apple.com or using the Apple Store app.
Yes there was and it appears you missed it. If you got to the PIN and Installment agreement then you missed the trade-in step.
No you are supposed to return it through Apple. If you go to an AT&T Corporate store and not a Affiliate store (local licensee) they can help you fix this error.
ETA: add screenshot of the Trade-in Button on Apple.com...

I’m stuck at “Early Upgrade Terms” getting the death spin. I know I paid for the “Next” program to upgrade early. Been on hold for an hour with ATT. This has never happened to me before.

Ok so I had this issue earlier in this forum BUT you can go to the store in person and they can go ahead and set it up for you. Sounds like AT&T did it this way to limit the site traffic (which is sooooooo dumb) but whatever. Just got mine preordered for launch day

I have joined the upgrade group. I just placed an order for an iPhone 16 Pro max (x2), Desert titanium and natural titanium. Both 1TB. Got my wife the Desert titanium 16 Pro 512GB. I went to my local AT&T store to purchase these because I had to do an early upgrade and pay a small fee to upgrade on my iPhones. Plus, I’m having the phones to be shipped there at the AT&T store so I can just go by there and pick them up. Didn’t want to risk the chance of having three iPhones sitting on my front porch when they get delivered on the 20th. I live approximately 10 minutes away from that store so that makes it fairly convenient, it’s a small one so they’re never busy which is strange.
Does anyone else have a Shipping date for Sept 19th?
I do too, and I ordered right as ATT opened up online at 7:40ish. I assume the 1tb versions are behind, or do you guys think that will deliver on the 20th?
How is a iphone purchase "flexing" if you get a Max model. Not everyone wants to carry around a tablet. I went with the normal sized pro 512gb. Fine for women who carry around purses. 😂
I think it will deliver the 20th still. When I look online in the store it still says expected delivery the 20th for my model
