At&t has no idea what they are doing. I went to the store to wait in line, and an hour later a rep comes out telling everyone that the 16 Gig Iphone never even came to the store, they only had 8 gigs. Some people left immediately, and instead I stayed since I was told I could order mine through the direct fulfilment. I was told it would take 3-5 days. Got to the register, was told they could do priority and would waive my fee, so it should be overnighted. That never happened. Finally recieved an e-mail saying that it was back ordered, and would take about 5-7 days. On top of that. I was told I wouldn't be charged until the item had shipped...wel guess what? I was already charged, and it wasn't shipped. I'm about to cancel my order and just forget about the iphone altogether.
