I ordered my 8gb 3g at around 8:30 AM EST on friday and paid for priority shipping (which was the best option given to me). However, my phone is still on backorder. I called the 800 number and the lady I talked to did not help at all, but gave me the number for my local AT&T store. They were no help at all either, obviously. Everyone has a different story to tell.
It makes no sense why some people who have ordered their phones after me, even on saturdays, are getting them before me.
AND I tried that place in line trick, and I'm first. Buuut, someone got theirs shipped before mine that was after me! They got overnight. How did they get that option? I wasn't given that option.
I am very frustrated as well.
