**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Apparently ours was traveling together, except I haven't received a departure scan yet. But then again, I might not get a departure scan until late tonight since I live in Kentucky and it only has to travel 75 miles to my house. Do you think we'll get them tomorrow?
Magic has occurred this evening that I would have never believed. My order has made the first move in a week. The epic nature of this iPhone 4 launch rivals that of "The Odyssey" has started the incline to the climax. After a week of boring updating of At&t pages numerous upon numerous times, my pre-order (ordered through premier at 6:30 CST 6/15) has come off the banishment known as "backorder". I have taken a peek at what come next, and it seems that soon I shall have a tracking number (working or not) for my own. This is a welcome plot turn, and I hope for more good news to come. I do not want to find the hero of this story (me) face down in a dark room wailing into a pillow on 6/24. Wish our hero luck.

I'm on the West Coast, and yes, my tracking number is working and is in-transit to California from Texas.

I'm in San Diego and mine is on the "Initiated" step, but it's still saying it will come tomorrow.
ok so mine on fedex does not say i have to sign for them to deliver it
mine either.. when i called fedex, they said 'indirect' signature required.
from their site:
* Indirect Signature Required. FedEx will obtain a signature in one of three ways:
o From someone at the delivery address; or
o From a neighbor, building manager or other person at a neighboring address; or
o The recipient can sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
Mine too! Woo-hoo! I do feel bad for the folks that got the short end thus far...hopefully everyone that ordered on the 15th will get theirs by the 24th or 25th at the latest.
I just spoke to a CSR and she said "It should be here tomorrow" I then called back just to make sure, and then THAT representative said "It seems that she has given you the wrong information, and it hasnt shipped yet" Gah!
Yeah, since i wasnt sure if I may get called into work, I bugged them again to find out an estimate time. They guy insured that my package isnt shipping until the 23rd, and is arriving at my house on the 24th. But they have it ready.
Oh well, better 24th than never.

Ordered: June 15th at 10:40am Central Time
Confirmation email received within 2 minutes
Was finally able to see order status June 17th, and it was "In Progress"
On the AT&T order status page it said that I ordered it the 17th, called AT&T they said they received it the 15th.
Has never been back ordered
I still haven't gotten a tracking number.
Any chance that I'll get my phone by 24th? What about 25th?

i called them and they said they don't use that anymore. that a regular note will do just fine. i called several times, to make sure this was the case.
