**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I ordered my iphone on the 6/15 around 1pm PST time and my status is still in processs.... :(

Will I get it on the 24th?????
 
16GB Shipped but 32GB still on backorder

Ordered a 16GB and a 32GB iphone (family plan) on 6/15 2:30 PM PST
Order date shows 6/16
16GB came off backorder last night and shipped today w/ FedEx tracking. :)
32GB still on backorder. :(
 
This is BS... my order was NEVER on back order and its STILL say's in progress... ugh!!

AT&T is killing us all!

I bet there is going to be a report somewhere, sometime before the 24th relating an iphone 4 and someone going to the hospital.

i bought the iPhone as a new AT&T customer so there's no way I could have received a text, haha.
and they didn't have to do it manually in the store, the system was back up and running when i did it. (11:34am on the 15th). the main account holder (my dad) was there with me when i bought it and he added me to his plan, and i know he gave them his email. i guess they could have sent that text to his phone then, but i checked and he has no text from AT&T...
i guess i have nothing to worry about seeing as i have a tracking number, regardless if it isn't working yet.
 
Okay, so those of us who ordered on premiere around 11am-12pm are the ones with the most trouble. They pulled the premiere site down around then and all those orders had to be manually inputed. My connection at AT&T told me that is probably why they are so slow and are being processed in batches. He noted that on my particular order my email addy wasn't on the order yet I received the email confirmation! I am going to keep checking the site because I have little hope of getting an email from AT&T. The worst part is that I cancelled my reservations with the Apple store out of guilt! FML!!
 
The lamest thing from AT&T is they email me and ask How is your new iphone 3G!!!! WTF
So I email to CS and tell them I ordered iphone4 why do you ask me how is my 3G. :mad:
 
Since I have been waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting...well you get the picture and wasting so much time talking to clueless AT&T CSRs I found this on Facebook, but it still doesn't help...
AT&T Statement on iPhone 4 Availability
Dallas, Texas, June 22, 2010

AT&T is on-track to deliver iPhone 4 to customers who preordered the device on June 15. We look forward to offering iPhone 4 to all other customers beginning Tuesday, June 29, when it goes on sale in all AT&T sales channels.

Here are a few guidelines for customers buying iPhone 4 from AT&T:

* – Preordered for home or business delivery: iPhone 4 will begin arriving this week for customers who preordered. We'll send an email when each order has shipped.
* – Preordered for store delivery: AT&T retail representatives will begin calling customers this week to let them know their iPhone 4 is available for pick up in store.
* – Retail purchase (no preorder): AT&T plans to have iPhone 4 inventory – available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last – on June 29 in its retail locations, at www.att.com, and in business sales channels. As inventory sells out, AT&T will offer the convenient option of purchasing iPhone 4 and having it delivered to a home or business or an AT&T store. As always, customers will receive an email once their order is placed, and again when it ships.

AT&T products and services are provided or offered by subsidiaries and affiliates of AT&T Inc. under the AT&T brand and not by AT&T Inc.

Finally not showing as backordered!! With my luck it will say shipped and when I check the status it will link to rickroll!
 
Just talked to my AT&T rep and scheduled my time on the 24th to come in and activate my iPhone...Thank you att!!!!!!!
