**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

people are already getting theirs delivered and mine still has finished processing I CANT BELEIVE THIS ********.

Haha, you do realize that if you call AT&T 5 times, and speak to 5 different people, you'll get 5 different answers, right?

****ing a holes. I to ordered mine the 15th at 10:30a.m. Pacific time... Says shipped, has a tracking number... But those ****s at fedex say it isn't valid yet
 
My is in Fort Worth, Texas.....I live in Shreveport, La.!!! I will have by 3pm tomorrow....YES!!! I DID IT!!! FedEx take care of my phone!!!
 
This is insane! AT&T specifically said they were processing orders on a first come first served basis but I know of at least 2 people that ordered hours after me and they are getting theirs tomorrow and mine is still in process?! AT&T you suck so badly it's actually sad because I know how much you torture your own vendors yet you deliver crappy service and crappy customer care. :mad:
 
i'm happy so many people are finally seeing progress.

as someone who isn't, i'd like to know what other Premier people are still sitting on back order. i had to clear a fraud block on 6/17 so that's what my non-Premier order status says for an order date. Premier still says 6/15.

I'm with Fedex but it still says it's in memphis. Not sure what's up with that but the flight mine (I thought) was supposed to have been on arrived in lville a while ago. Not sure why it didn't update. It must be still in Memphis. Eh. It's just a phone.
 
on the premier tracking site i am still processing
on the normal at&t tracking site i am backordered?

any insight?

I'm seeing a LOT of people talking about their FedEx tracking numbers and about calling FedEx, but has anybody with a non-working UPS tracking number had success by calling UPS?

Yep. Same here too. I called FedEx about 3:30pm today and was told mine was scheduled to leave tomorrow 6/23. And it would be expected for delivery on the 24th.

Your right.. Called fedex... And my tracking number is from an AT&T corporate store where I pre ordered...my tracking number still isn't found on fed ex website but when I called them they said its been sitting since the 19th and that it's getting delivered tomorrow:)... He said status updates won't change until tomorrow morning so what reliefffff
 
Just spoke with AT&T

A very nice representative looked at my number explained that there will NOT be a LIVE tracking page until tomorrow when a HUGE batch is expected to ship for delivery on the 24th.

I ordered at 4am PT on the 15th.

She said I can definitely expect my order ON THE 24th.:)

Does anyone have a lower order number, that is not backordered??
 
Pre-ordered online from AT&T non-premier at 7:30pm EST on 6/15

Process date 6/16 with order number starting with 5051

Received Fedex tracking numbers at 3:00pm EST today with delivery on 6/23
 
I just got off the phone with both AT&T and FedEx and got two different responses. those bastards.

AT&T - The rep told me the reason why my tracking number isn't working is because FedEx hasn't picked up the package yet and once they pick it up it will be working. He said though that since Apple allowed some shipments to go out early that mine should get here by 3pm Wednesday.

FedEx - I gave them the tracking number and they found it on their system, that it indeed hadn't been picked up because the holder had REQUESTED it to be picked up on Wednesday and overnight the package into Thursday. They said the package is STILL in Fort Worth, TX. Unbelievable.


I think i'm trusting on FedEx on this once cause AT&T never seems to get things right. So some of us probably won't get it till wednesday. I have now learned really hard to never trust AT&T with anything.
 
ok so i have gotten 2 different answers about if i have to sign for it...its says nothing about a signature on fedex website and if you have to sign they typically say that on the site....does anyone know for sure
 
Looks like mine shipped and is suppose to deliver tomorrow by 3:00. Sucks I won't be home until Friday! At least I have that to look forward to.

+1. As much as I look forward to having my iPhone, people need to realize that it is JUST A PHONE. I'd love to see this aggressiveness towards the iPhone 4 status be put to other important global issues that are going on.

I knew I would be away so I left a signed note on my door saying they could leave it. It has worked for me in the past.
