**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Another morning...

Another day without shipping??

I'm near LA and I ordered at like 10:50 EST

So, I just got off the phone with an AT&T Rep and he told me that my order is in a pre-paid status, which means that everything is going as it's supposed to and they're just waiting for the shipping label to get printed out so it can get shipped, and it should be shipped by tonight, so I should keep an eye on my email.

This brought my hopes up.

They also said that they are updating pretty much all day.

Don't play with my emotions eric........still weeping......

Well what do you know, I called back and spoke with a different rep and he claims I should still get it today. Why do I not believe him!

Haha, what a pain in the ass right? You may as well give it another shot or two if you have the time...just to see if you get any consistency in the response

Unfortunately FedEx said mine was on the container that got held up due to the storms and it wont get here till tomorrow. Not sure who else is in the same boat but that really sucks!

This is why I left the Chicago area for California, although we always have a threat of earthquakes.

Come on UPS Truck!! It says out on the truck for delivery. My contacts are in, my teeth are brushed and I'm ready to sign!!! Even my husband is jealous of the UPS guy today.

Pleasantly surprised

Ordered in the 15th from AT&T site they had me as ordered on the 16th. Got my tracking number on Monday. Since Monday it's been saying it's in TN. Been checking since 5 am pst. Finally updated to out for delivery. So wanting to call out of work lol. Oh and I in Hollywood California

LOL wish, look up a couple of posts! I did in fact call back and get a different response. It was a better reponse than the first but Im not sure if I can believe it yet! I guess we will have to wait till the end of the day to see who was delivering me accurate info!

Was your delivery date on the status page for today? I think the page is just delayed and not showing the most updated info. Wouldn't' trust what Fedex tells me as so many people could be out of the loop.

Ordered a new Family Plan as a new customer.

I ordered:

1 16GB
1 32GB

Placed the order at 7:18 AM PDT on 6/15. New CTNs were sent in two separate emails on 6/17 at 2:21 AM PDT.

From reading other posts, it seems as though only those who ordered 16GB units are shipping.

Has anyone who ordered a 32GB model have their order shipped? How about an order like mine with both a 16/32GB units?

Also, my CC hasn't been charged, but ATT CS tells me that everything "looks fine" on their end, and that I may still receive the phone on launch day.

I'm quickly losing hope as launch day grows ever closer.

I placed an order on ATT.com at around 5:20 a.m. EDT (5 hrs. earlier than you did) for one 16G and one 32G, but for existing ATT numbers. According to the UPS site the package is "Out For Delivery" today.

Ordered 2 Phones on Family Plan - Seperately at different times.
1. 32 GB - 7:30 AM EST 6/15 - Was backordered - Now its not backordered but no tracking number
2. 16 GB - 9:00 AM EST 6/15 - Shipped & Out for Delivery.

Hope for the best. Atleast gonna get one of the phones.

Yeah, my delivery date still shows 3pm today but also still shows the package is in Ft Worth with no updates! Come on Mother Nature!! Stop these storms for my iPhone fool!!!

Placed order on 6/15, order date 6/16 and status has been "in progress" ever since. No backorder or anything....just no change in order status. I think I'll call this morning and attempt to find out what is going on. Am I not supposed to receive my phone tomorrow?

I just got my tracking number for a 32 gb phone I ordered via premier at 1:30 PM EST on the 15th. Was in backorder until yesterday afternoon.

Mine departed from Memphis at about 330 am, no updates since. Just got an email from AT&T that says "welcome to AT&T, here's your phone numbers, you should get your phones in a few days". Hoping I get it today like my tracking says I will. Fedex always delivers to me about 930 am though, and i get a lot of packages-hopefully this is an exeption lol.

ATT status shows 16G shipped; 32G - "In Progress" - 32G - not on backorder

They may be out of the 32G

Ordered my 16 gb 7:00 am 6/15 and my tracking number says its going to be here today by 3:00 pm est. Also shows that it arrived at the sorting facility (which is about a 45 minute drive from my house) at 6:06 am today. Things are looking good!

I'm currently working with twitter.com/attcustomercare and they've assigned me a specific person who's very helpful. I'm just tying to find out why I'm at the back of the line when I ordered predawn. I'll keep you guys posted.

Just got a ship date and fedex tracking number! but Premier status still shows "processing". Regular status gives me tracking info. GO WITH REGULAR! I finally can get a good night sleep tonight!

Took today off so I could sign for it; FedEx gave delivery estimate of today (23rd) by 10:30. Still no sign of it. Now the tracking website says the tracking number is invalid, the phone tracking no longer includes a delivery estimate, and a FedEx CSR just told me that "by 10:30am" really means that they might get it to me by 7pm or tomorrow if they run late. On a priority parcel?! Really?! I don't remember them being this wishy washy before.

On the plus side, they said I could get Apple a refund on the shipping if I wanted.
