I'm near LA and I ordered at like 10:50 EST
So, I just got off the phone with an AT&T Rep and he told me that my order is in a pre-paid status, which means that everything is going as it's supposed to and they're just waiting for the shipping label to get printed out so it can get shipped, and it should be shipped by tonight, so I should keep an eye on my email.
This brought my hopes up.
They also said that they are updating pretty much all day.
Well what do you know, I called back and spoke with a different rep and he claims I should still get it today. Why do I not believe him!
Unfortunately FedEx said mine was on the container that got held up due to the storms and it wont get here till tomorrow. Not sure who else is in the same boat but that really sucks!
Give a call back to them Merlin and let us know what you hear, you may get a different response the second time!

Ordered a new Family Plan as a new customer.
I ordered:
1 16GB
1 32GB
Placed the order at 7:18 AM PDT on 6/15. New CTNs were sent in two separate emails on 6/17 at 2:21 AM PDT.
From reading other posts, it seems as though only those who ordered 16GB units are shipping.
Has anyone who ordered a 32GB model have their order shipped? How about an order like mine with both a 16/32GB units?
Also, my CC hasn't been charged, but ATT CS tells me that everything "looks fine" on their end, and that I may still receive the phone on launch day.
I'm quickly losing hope as launch day grows ever closer.

Haha, what a pain in the ass right? You may as well give it another shot or two if you have the time...just to see if you get any consistency in the response
Was your delivery date on the status page for today? I think the page is just delayed and not showing the most updated info. Wouldn't' trust what Fedex tells me as so many people could be out of the loop.
Placed order on 6/15, order date 6/16 and status has been "in progress" ever since. No backorder or anything....just no change in order status. I think I'll call this morning and attempt to find out what is going on. Am I not supposed to receive my phone tomorrow?
