Ordered on June 15, 2:05am, but somehow my order date was the 16 since they wanted me to verify my credit card...
Called customer care numerous of times...
Before yesterday night, they told me that it will definitely arrive on June 24...
As of yesterday night, they told me that it might have the possibility to arrive at latest the second week of July...
going to call AT&T this night and will ask them to write a two page handwritten apology letter, to make them feel some sympathy.
Another 6804 order here -- I ordered when the site went live and was also contacted to "verify credit card information."
The AT&T CS fiasco is a joke. One rep went as far to tell me to take the day off from work -- because it would arrive today, without a doubt.
At this point, I fully expect to wake up tomorrow morning and see the never changing "In Progress" ... again.
