Apple should be blamed wholeheartedly on this as well, to be honest. If they allow more than 1 carrier, then we could've all just say FU to ATT and moved on....
I placed my order on 6/15 1pm EST. Received my second email on 6/18, when I pulled up the order it showed order date of 6/18. I call 3 different times, and 3 separate reps told me that as long as I ordered on 6/15, I am ok. Guess what, it has not even been closed to being shipped. When I called today, they told me that they had to do credit verification for those 3 days, and now I won't get my phone at the earliest on 6/29. No one is able to give me a definite answers, when I asked for compensation for my troubles, they can't even get me to one. Cause they are just slammed. in the mean time I am being passed around like a beachball.
so are there anybody out there that have a worse story than I? Cause I want to hear that, so I can feel slightly better.
