**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

how close are we to a winner? Not winer.

I mean are we down to 1000s, 100s, 10s, quarter final, final jeopardy?

I called the normal CSR's not premier. If you call premier and complain about money they just kick you out to the normal CSR's anyway..

EDIT: Called, but rep didn't see a tracking # either. Said it would most likely appear sometime tomorrow as they prep the shipments for Monday (since they don't ship on weekends).

My tracking # went live Monday morning and my 32GB iPhone 4 is out for delivery by 3pm today. Finally..... :)

We're in the quarter finals right now... I'm guessing this week we'll see the elimination of everyone from 6/21-6/23. However, those in the next batch may drop out of the game if they managed to get one at their local AT&T today. The game is still on!

You can add me to that list. Fed up with AT&T. Placed my order at 8:30 am CT on the 15th. Preimier says they had problems keeping my plan with the unlimited data and pushed me back to an order date of 6/26. Bunch of crap.

Just called in and was told by a rep that it should be a day or two before they receive the next shipment since the store has already received it. Lets just hope that its true.
 
Thanks for the update. Was wondering if any 6/21, 6/22s got shipment info. I think I saw that kyoungyun canceled and picked up 2 16g's in store. Sounds like stock in store is very limited, but if you add up all the stores it's a lot. They really need to fill all the original 6/15 preorders before they do anything else.

I hope I get mine this week. Otherwise the following week, I'm out of town for two weeks.
 
I cancelled my order yesterday.
The wife, kids and me all got up early this morning (5am) and got our iphones after att opened at 7am. They had 54 units, 45 -16gb and 9 -32gb

They also said they were getting more in at 10am. My wife wanted a 32gb, we were 28th in line and by the time we got helped the 32's were sold out. They gave us a voucher and I got my 16gb phone. They called at 11am to tell us her phone was ready for pickup.

Thank god this is all over with..

I'll post the message that probably got you excited

"Currently on hold with CSR. One of my orders is supposedly been taken off back-order status but there is no tracking number for it yet. The second is having problems.... waiting...

Both are waiting for FEDEX pickup! I'm a part of the EXTP88966* order numbers for 6/22.

However, I should calm down and clearly state that this is what a premier csr has told me. The order status online still shows backordered. When I pressed for more information about shipping today, I was told that they would not give out any further information. WHAT???!!! It was like she knew more but they wouldn't provide it!"

Basically, nothing has changed. Every call to the CSR told me my order was processed and waiting shipment at the warehouse. Looks like the CSR told this guy the same thing but in a different way "it's ready for Fedex pickup"

Only problem is, there are no phones to pick up. That's my guess...

So have people who have pending iPhone orders with ATT.com been able to go to the physical store and get an iPhone and then have their online order be canceled?

That's the situation I'm in and want to know how it works.
 
Received my phone on Wednesday and noticed my contract date hasn't changed yet in my profile - think I got away with getting a iphone at a discount without a contract extension?

Still zippo here too. CSR told me after the order goes to the warehouse (which happened on Saturday for me), it should take 1-2 business days for them to get the tracking information back, meaning I should be getting a tracking number today. She was confident I should be getting the phone by Friday. We'll see. :rolleyes:

This just caught be by surprise but my order is no longer on backorder!
 
Count me out - I went and got one at a store about a 1/2 hour away...they didn't seem to fond of Premier there, either.
