ok well. when u call 8664998008 and put ur premier order number, it says it has been processed and it will be shipped soon. The order i had problems with said the same thing after i spoke to supervisor. it shipped the same night in my case. U said it says backorder with the phone number i gave u, its a good sign and that means u are already assigned a serial number for iphone. all they need to do is pack it and ship it. I bet it will be updated by tonight and u will get an email stating ur iphone has been shipped.

It's appearing as though orders on 6/29 for NEW accounts are shipping today. My order is an upgrade, however. I ordered on 6/29 at 7:30am EST and it still says backordered.
Ordered 16gig from premier on 6/30 regular ATT says backordered, premier says processing with the last update on 7/1

I ordered a 32 gb over the phone on the 29th at 8 am with premier and I never received an email but it does show up on the regular site. How do I get my premier order number??
my 16gb order from 7/2 (12pm) was last updated 7/3. hopefully it get's another update today from Premier 
anyone have an idea how long it takes to arrive after shipping? someone had mentioned they are overnighted but doesnt make sense if some people paid extra to expedite

Just called AT&T premier to find out why I never got a confirmation email and they're closed? 8-9 Monday through Friday eastern standard time. Am I missing something. I live in Florida the time is 6:41 P.M. Do they mean eastern like the far east?? AT&T Premier is worse than AT&T.
