**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I ordered on June 15 on Premier Got it on 24th Launch day Returned it Today. Black one gets excessive fingerprints on Back!! I always had WHITE and couldnt stand this BLACK iPhone 4 also! It's worth waiting I guess!! Waiting for WHITE iPhone Now!
I originally ordered through Apple on the 18th of June w/ an estimated ship date of July 14th. I then got impatient, and after reading some of these threads decided I'd be better off w/ AT&T, so I went into my local AT&T store last Wednesday (June 30th) and put in an order, I just got the FedEx shipping info, it's being overnighted and the store should have it by 3pm tomorrow.
I placed my order at an AT&T store on July 1st, got a tracking number today and should be here very soon. Says overnight shiping via fedex. In TN now.
ORdered 16gb and 32gb on 6/29/10 @ 1am PST
Both Shipped, and the 16gb has arrived here in Seattle, and the 32gb set to arrive tomorrow. Unfortunately stupid AT&T left off the 2nd Line on the Delivery Address, so the FedEx driver was unable to deliver today.
So for anyone who sent the phones to their work; and used both Address Lines on the Delivery Address option. You may want to connect with the Delivery company (FedEx, UPS, etc) to ensure that the info on the delivery address is complete.

Weird status
Ordered on 6/30, got two emails today that my order has been shipped with same tracking number.
In one email it says "Apple iPhone 4 - 32 GB - Black" and the other has no info on model.
I've ordered two phones (32G and 16G) and status as of now on AT&T website is attached, really weird, don't know if I'm getting both with overnight (estimated for tomorrow no later than 3pm) or just one.

Just got my 32GB and it blows my 3G out of the water (as expected). Ordered from AT&T on 6/29 and arrived 7/7. Thought they were full of it when they said 5-10 days but I have to hand it to them that they actually knew what they were talking about.

I am in Ohio and I just went off back order today but still no shipping info. (6/29 order date)
update (quoted myself) - off backorder, still showing 'In Progress' with FedEX tracking number for delivery on 7/8 by 4:30 pm PDT......wwwoooooo - yeah
Ok like this one was bought in our time range same day ect and has already recieved tracking #..

Ya because I ordered a full day ahead of you and havent got tracking # yet..And you are in socal also.. Not the best cust service from At&t
Well we each have our own opinion.. I know they cant keep perfect track but if someone orders a full day after another customer from the same area and has phone 1st is just poor service to me.. I mean are they just drawing names out of a hat at this point.. Not the way I would want to run my business..
It's more than a full day. There are reports here of people ordering them 2 or 3 three days ago and having tracking for delivery tomorrow.
Oh I know this guy ordered last night and already has his shipped out...

This is a bunch of baloney. I called ATT right now about my order placed back on 6/29 for 1, 32gb and 2, 16gb. I just got my 32gb and there are people getting there 16gb delivered after placing there order a week after. And mine is on back order still???!
I asked the ATT rep to explain to me why this is? All he could tell me after him doing his research is the iPhone is limited quantities. I said that explains why people that ordered a week after me are getting there shipping info the same day, when I placed my order 1 week before them? Obviously something is wrong here. Such great service. I'm fed up and will never go through this process ever again of ordering online through ATT.

^ Unfortunately it's the same garbage going on via Apple.com. I must be missing something huge because I don't get why it's so hard to meet demand at each Apple launch. Shouldn't they be prepared by now? It's irritating to say the least.

At least you got to speak to someone lol...I tried calling premier customer service 3 times today, was on hold for 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and an hour and a half (thank god for roll over minutes and bluetooth headsets
) and never got to speak to anybody! I ordered a 16gb on 7/1 in Indianapolis and it's still "processing" I'm not so mad about the fact that it's been 6/7 days since I placed my order and it still hasn't left (the website said it would be 7-10 days before it shipped), I'm kinda PO'd that there are people who have placed orders 2/3/4 days after me and they've already received their phones or have already been shipped. I just want to know what the logic is behind their delivery pattern
