Bo15, my 2nd 32 arrived today as well. Glad this is over with. AT&T even called me today to make sure I was happy (after I opened a case with the BBB).

I can't even check my order status anymore. It keeps going back to the same form with a different passcode.

Works for me right now. I had this issue yesterday when I kept refreshing the order status page, though. (heh)
Ya that has happened to me a few times, I just refreshed or re signed in and it let me check status again...
Usually a company will charge the card to make sure the funds exist. It will stay as a pending charge for a few days and then fall off the account. Once it ships/is ready to ship it will be charged. Now this is how things usually work, I can't say for certain this is how AT&T is handling this situation.
my pending charge from my checking account disappeared today. apparently according from the ATT agent that means the order should be shipping soon. then if you see an actual charge again the order has shipped. i'm hoping that holds true lol
in all honesty, who knows lol. been reading some 6/29 - 7/1 orders shipping today, and some hasn't. but then there are also orders made yesterday that shipped today
My 32GB was just shipped after about 30 hours of being off backorder. However, my 16 GB ordered at the same time is still on backorder.

6/29 - Order through Premier Website
6/30 - Status changed to processing and back ordered
7/7 - 12:00AM -5:30AM back order status removed
7/8 - 8:40AM Shipping information added for delivery via FedEx on July 9.
I'm in the same boat on my 32gb... 16gb ordered on the same day (7/2) still on backorder
well yesterday, my current phone's screen died. now i actually have a good reason for wanting my order to come sooner. (not that getting a new apple product asap isn't a good enough reason...)

I order 2 iphone 4 16gb 3 days ago and it says processing and wont let me look up on regular att order status.
Order another iphone 4 16gb about 15 hours ago and I can look up the status on premier and regular att site and it in progress on both. I bet I will receive the new order phone a week before my older order.

Finally got shipping info. Shipping today for a tomorrow delivery. She'll finally have her iPhone and I won't feel so bad for having mine for so long.
Me too! Our second 32gb order of 7/1 shipped today. So all is well.
I've never gotten an email, call, or text since the 6/15 original Premier pre-order confirmation. Matter of fact, my status for my pre-order still says Processing, last updated 6/15. Ha ha

Looks like AT&T "listened" to me and got their ducks in a row after my post about "weird" status.
Attached is latest status with everything shipped and tracking numbers.
First one will arrive today, second one tomorrow.
Ordered online on 6/30.
After all they were correct about their estimate 6-10 business days.

I ordered in-store on 7/1 and they said it would ship to my house. I didn't receive any kind of confirmation e-mail, just a receipt. They said I'd get an email with tracking info when it ships.
Still nothing, but I'm reading all over the place of others on 7/1 or even later that have a phone in transit or already delivered. Anyone know if there's a way for me to check my order status?
