My Blackberry buzzed @ 1:30 am 7/17 with a status update email.:eek:My pohones shipped 7/16 @ 6:30 pm overnight standard. Due to it being a weekend delivery is for tomorrow 7/19 by 3:pm:) so all 7/6 orders there is hope that your phones(s) will arrive this week:D:D:D:D:D:D FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still 'IN PROGRESS"/"BACKORDERED"

I am hoping I log on this evening and see a change in status!!!!!:(

Noticing a lot of people with my order date have seen changes in status yesterday and today and are expecting phones today(horray for you) so my fingers are crossed.:rolleyes:

Sold my T-Mobile BB 9700's on Sunday but had to explain to couple that my
iphones are on backorder... Very understanding people but at the same time if they cancel the sale I understand :(

Was hoping I would play with my new gadget over the weekend instead of watching my office door next week to see if my boss is coming:)

Came off back-order late afternoon today. Still waiting on tracking information...I hope it's there in the morning!
 
Ordered on 7/14 & I just got a cancellation email. My order status says cancelled too. There's still a hold on my account for the amount of the phone and more than enough in the account if they were trying to authorize it again. I'm supposed to wait another 7-14 business days starting whenever it's updated in their system that I'm eligible for another upgrade?

Thats strange.... I ordered on the same day and I haven't got any cancellation email. But now I'm scared... :/
 
Not sure why it made a difference but I ordered mine from an AT&T store. They said it would take only a week and surely they were right on the money. Going to go pick it up later.

Existing customer
Salt Lake City area.

Still says processing!

One strange thing is that the order shows up through the premier order status page, but not through the regular AT&T order status page! Is there something wrong with the order? Are other premier orders doing the same thing?

call them as soon as you can. I bet there is an issue with your order. I wouldn't hang up until you know your order has been processed too. I ordered on 7/2 through premier. Called multiple times about the order not showing on att's regular order status page, and kept getting the run around. Finally I was transferred to someone in the web order department, and my order magically processed ..... on 7/9! one week later! and the whole time I was told there was an issue, but then there wasn't, but then there was, and so on and so on. So now my order looks like it was placed on 7/9, not on 7/2. So the 7 to 14 days they said at order time, was probably once the order was processed. ordering through premier is the worst mistake someone can make is what I'm getting from this whole thing.
 
Ordered 7/8 and woke up to Shipped email =)

Over night delivery it says and should be here by 3pm tomorrow afternoon.

Non premier order, Buffalo NY, new customer.


Looks like 7/8 orders are being fulfilled

I ordered a 16gb on 7/12, mine still says processing on the Premier website. In order to get the order to show up in the other AT&T status page I need to search on my work phone number I provided when I ordered. Mine is still on backorder, so I assume yours is as well.
 
Ordered my wife 16gb on July 06th and now on fedex vehicle getting deliver to the att store where my wife order it.:D

I hear everyone mentioning Premier, non-Premier. What is that? What does it stand for???

I have tried wireless number, order number and work phone. None of them work! I already called them once and they said everything was fine and that it wasn't supposed to show up on the normal AT&T status page, but it seems strange to me! I think I'll call them again this afternoon.
