**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

I did the same thing. I ordered it last Wednesday and if a week is the case I'll have it in two days! Yes!

Did you order a 16 or 32?

We've been waiting for a 16 gig and 32 gig since 7/6. Our friend ordered a 16 gig 20 minutes after us, had it shipped TO OUR PLACE, and she received her order LAST monday.

Its extremely frustrating to see ATT not shipping these in order. And yes, I have called and talked to them and there is nothing wrong with my order.

Wow, that's frustrating. I ordered a 32g and 16g as well on 7/6, I still don't have mine. I just waited 1hr on hold for a premier rep and she confirmed to me that "they come in randomly." She claims that they aren't shipping "in order they were received" as they state, but that its totally random.

Also, these liars need a class in customer support. Pathetic. The reason I called, was that last Wed they told me they were processing and had already been shipped out and would surely be here by Monday. He obviously had no clue what processing meant. He told me "overnight, we all really know that means 3-5 days. WTF.

I ordered mine on 7/12 in-store, and I was told it would be shipped 7-14 business days. AT&T told me when I called today 10-14 days, so I don't know.

From what I've read already, some people are getting theirs shipped out that ordered just a 4-5 days before I did.

Did anyone else order last week?

Yes, I ordered last monday 7/12 at around 11pm, 32GB from the AT&T website and is on transit right now. Should be getting it tomorrow around 3pm here at Daytona Beach, FL. Good Luck!

just called customer support...they said that they're shipping straight from the manufacturer and that my order has "dropped successfully"... meaning that it's waiting to get shipped out

Hey I ordered my iPhone on the 12th it has my order date being the 13th and online it says backorder does anyone know when I might can possibly expect to get my phone because im home for the summer from college and have to go back on the 7th should I have it by then. I ordered over the phone through AT&T and I just called customer service and the lady said that they are not on back order they just put that there because of how lengthy the process is she said the entire process from order date should never exceed 14 days HELP PLEASE

what version did you order 16GB or 32GB and did you have to wait for that terms email and reply to it and if so what day did you reply to that i ordered on the 13th and still nothing

I added a line to our existing family plan.... 32gb, no terms email....
 
ordered 7/8 am.. off backorder yesterday evening.. shipped this morning.. expected delivery tomorrow.. 16gb black..
 
Finally managed to find my premier order through the normal AT&T website! I had to use cell number and then the billing zip code instead of the shipping zip code (even though it says you can enter either)

Also, premier order date was on 7/13, AT&T order date is 7/15!!

16GB black

I love how ordering through the PREMIER service results in even poorer customer service!
 
do they ship out orders on saturday and sunday my order date was 7/13 and its still is on back order but it seems like everyone comes off back order 10days after order date and that would have me at the 23rd nxt friday would they ship out on saturday or would i have to wait til next mon

again, I ordered on 7/15, and it (32gb blk) shipped today...

yeah but mine was new activation and i did it over the phone through AT&T and I had to do the acknowledgement to the terms email and everything and it still says on backorder she said it might not ship til next friday which will be way more than 14 days from the order date of the 13th thats online
 
I am currently in processing, is the next step shipped? Or will it say backordered? And once its shipped, will I get an email or do I need to check site every day?
