mine came off backorder tuesday and im receiving it today, shipping info took 12 hours
same situation and time-frame. no shipping info but finally off BO. 16gb in store on 7/19
edit: for clarification, came off back order on 7/29-7/30
seems like they come off backorder more on tuesdays than all of the others combined
LOL! Patience! I ordered 7/24...and I'm still on BO as well. Did you order 16gb or 32gb? In the store...on the website? Premier or regular? All this info will help you estimate when the torture will end!

Was supposed to be a birthday present from my fiancé. Not gonna be here by my birthday.
Just checked again, I now have shipping info with Tracking Numbers. Ship date says 7/30, does that mean it is being sent off today or it should arrive today? (doubt it will arrive today). Another step in the right direction.

Do you get a discount on the purchase price of the phone using premier?
Ordered 7/19 through ATT non-premier. Came off BO today and already have tracking number
16gb right?
Not off the price of the phone (I upgraded from a 16gb 3GS with a HUGE gray blob running diagonally through the screen). I paid $199. But I do get a 23%discount on the monthly service and a 30% discount on accessories.
