**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Everything just switched over for me...
Mine is just like this.
I hope to get it on launch day, but if it winds up being a day or two after it will not be the end of the world.
I must admit that the 24th or 25th would be very nice as the 25th is my birthday! The best gifts are the ones we buy for ourselves!!!!!
Sorry if this has been answered, but what is the difference between the premier orders and the other orders?

My data point: Ordered a 32GB black phone on our family plan from AT&T @ 0735 on 6/15/10, printed off the confirmation receipt.
From the order date through early afternoon on the 16th, system couldn't find the order. When it did come up, the qty was listed as back ordered and the order date was 6/16/10.
EDIT: I received the "Your recent online AT&T order" confirmation email on 6/17 @ 1023 EDT.
A call to AMEX confirmed an authorization was put on my card around 0040 on 6/16/10.
A few days ago, the qty changed from back ordered to "ordered" and the status is "processing".
I hope to get the phone on launch day, but if not, it's not a big deal. My 3G has served me well for the past 23.5 months, a few days/weeks here or there won't be a big deal.
Plus, time for the iphone-dev team to figure out iOS 4

I ordered from ATT retail store for delivery to my house at 11:45am on the 15th. My order has been in progress since then with no backorders. The money has been taken out then returned back. My girlfriend ordered the same time I did but after mine was complete. Her order was canceled and received an email about it with no reason. Not sure why? We both used debit/credit cards as credit. ATT says that's the reason but mine has not been canceled. Maybe because its the same household its being shipped too. I read one per household. Anyone else's debit/credit cards get canceled. I use Wachovia. Hopefully mine goes thru. I should get a shipped confirmation soon. Please reply with an helpfully info!!

You're right about the "one per household." I wanted to upgrade my whole family plan, of 3, but decided to go w/ one instead. AT&T does allow you to order more than one as they don't have a block in place, but u could be right that it is limited to 1.
Was there ever an authorization charge on your girlfriend's account? I ordered using a BofA check card and my order has been fine. I would suspect the majority of orders placed were with check cards.

Yes she had the money come out of her Suntrust debit/credit account. Which was put back 2 days later like mine. But we found out shortly after via email hers was canceled.
