I ordered two iphone 4's as upgrades on the 15th prior to 8 AM via att premier website. One says shipped and gives the tracking number, the other says back-ordered.
I spoke to customer service and she indicates the one that has a tracking number will arrive on 24th, but the back-ordered will not. Indicated I didn't order that one in time. Not accurate, but I suspect they are so discombobulated that they just screwed up. I politely told her the two were ordered at the same time, but realized there is nothing to be done about it now.
So, will get one on the 24th and the other another time. Thought I would share this with you all as many of you have this same 'back-ordered' status.
