**AT&T iPhone 4 Order Status Thread**

Well unless we do a complete physical, you might have a problem.

Your iPhone order on the other hand seems to be in good shape because while the physical phone hasn't shipped, the tracking number has been ordered for your phone to have it be shipped.

Yes! Isn't that weird? How many others are seeing 6/17 ship date? I ordered very early Tuesday morning (stayed up all night so I could). After multiple attempts on Apple I finally got it first try on AT&T Site.
I am glad it says shipped but Fedex has no info just yet.

Could it have something to do with location? Perhaps areas that will take longer to ship to have gone out first? I'm just trying to figure out why some Premiere orders have shipped....while others are in Progress (some having back ordered checked while others 0s).

I am in the same boat as you. I don't think there is anything to worry about. I remember seeing, when I ordered from Premier, a note stating the order will ship 'Next Day'. I don't think there is an issue. I ordered my phone at 7:30 a.m. EST on the 15th and it is in process. My order has been updated about 3 times and now says last update June 18. The regular AT&T site shows my order date of 6/17 which would be impossible since they shut down pre-orders on the 16th. So, I think we should be good. If not, what can you do...

By the way, called the Premier line and my status says 'processed and your order will ship soon'.

Pray for my BB reserve to actually show up and than figure out what to do about it?
 
Check your accounts this morning , mine says shipped from ATT&T non premier account. I have Fed X tracking info listed on order status. I ordered early am on the 15th at 2 am mountain time. Credit card looks like it was charged also.I have just electronic tracking does not say it was picked up yet .

Mine says shipped on the 17th
 
I ordered mine at 5:21 am EST on the 15th. This morning my order shows as shipped. I have a tracking number and everything. It shows 1 shipped on 6/20. So I think I'm safe!
 
Yeah seems like the "premier" people (including myself) are getting the shaft, even if you ordered before a lot of others.

Who the hell knows what's going to happen. The last update on mine according to the Premier site was on the 17th, so who knows.

I'm still showing back-ordered too on the Status page.

Same. Wisconsin for me. There has to be an order they are updating these. Mine wasn't put into the At&t status system until seemingly a lot later than everybody else!

Hopefully they are all ready for shipment but they are just suuuuuper slow at updating their systems

Billing is Indianapolis Indiana. Shipping on iPhone number 1 (9AM EST) is going to where I am in Boston MA. Shipping on iPhone number 2 (~3PM EST) is going to Indianapolis. Both are back-order status.


Makes sense that the afternoon phone would be processed later; however, I'm concerned about mine. I'm sure shipping to Boston can't be terrible....much like CT/NY.
 
To all fellow people that have not gotten they're tracking numbers or are still in the "in process" stage calm down I ordered like you as well on the 15th and was on the same boat as you guys, if you ordered on the 15th before 5:30 rejoice u will have your phone on launch day, after that would be between the 25th and 28th :apple: :D on another note I just checked mine 10 min ago and was the same as you but as of 9:45 am in the east cost Miami time lol it was just updated to shipped with tracking and everything so check yours !!!!!!!

I ordered 2 16GB Blacks on 6/15 at about 5:20 EDT. (Yes, We're in Daylight Savings Time, not Standard Time people)

My tracking # showed up this morning with 6/18 as the shipped day. Info hasn't shown up yet at Fedex, as expected.

I also paid with a Bank Of America debit card, it was pending for a couple days, came off, and hasn't come back yet. I'm expecting it to go through tonight.

Amazing how it's working exactly like it's supposed to and I didn't have to call AT&T 20 times to check on it...
 
Ordered mine from ATT on the 15th between 530am and 730am CST. I never got the confirmation page because when I accepted the terms and hit place order the page never loaded again. I did not get a confirmation email until late last week. This morning the order status was updated to show the order placed on the 15th and that it shipped on the 17th. The FEDEX tracking number provided says
" Not Found
No information for the following shipments/FedEx Office orders has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact customer service"

Which maybe the tracking label has been printed but there is no information because it hasn't been actually received by FEDEX yet. Which makes sense.
Also, I never had my order status change from in progress until now which it shows shipped, it was never on back order as well.

Oh and my debit card was charged on the 15th, in the afternoon. Fully charged.

Ordered mine on At&t premier on 6/15 at 2:43 pm EDT, premier site states last update June 17, processing, At&t regular order status has 1s in the backorder with a date of 6/16, cc has been charged full amount since 6/17. Called the premier number & the recording states "order processed will ship soon. I do hope I get my phone on launch day.
 
I kept checking my order status until I went to bed last night (around 3AM CST) with no luck of a tracking number.

Well, I woke up this morning and poof! Haha :)

I ordered my phone using a Visa debit card (as credit) around 1:45PM CST at an AT&T retail store, if that helps anyone.

I have learned just be patient, it will get updated. :)
