AT&T iPhone 4S Pre-Order Status Thread

When I log into my AT&T from my 4, it shows the new line added and new number though

Well I took the advice from a member here that said check the normal order status page and plug your number in to track....

Worked fine and got the shipped page with tracking info from FedEx

I probably won't feel better about the situation until I have the box in my hand

My sister is in bad luck then. She has the one next to it, we both have AT&T premier. I ordered mine through Apple but she ordered hers though AT&T. She made a mistake right there, mine shipped out yesterday while her's has yet to update. In fact, I ordered mine later than hers (she ordered on Friday at 10am). Hopefully something happens tomorrow morning, but if not we gonna arrest some fraudulent AT&T employees. :)

I actually called Premier Support and lunch because of my anxiety. She calmed a little bit but I still won't feel good until I get a tracking number.

Here's part of the convo-
Her: Did you place your order before 4 pm Friday?
Me: Yeah, between 2:30 and 3 pm CDT. So do you mean 4 pm central?
Her: Ummm, I'm guessing it's the same time zone we're in so I'd say central.
Me: Ok, because you guys are like a worldwide company and I mean let's be honest, it's 4 somewhere at any given time.
Her: I believe based on what you've told me you'll get your phone on Friday.

I told her that was consistent with what other CSR's had told me but I'd rest a lot easier with a tracking number already!

Yeah, be patient. If she ordered Friday morning she should be good. The systems are just not updated well. Many stories on here from last year where people received their phones and the systems still weren't updated.

I ordered mine at 7am est on the AT&T website and received a tracking number
This morning and shipped black 16gb iPhone. I called FedEx as the tracking number didn't pull up anything and they said it will not be scanned until the 13th. Doesn't look like I'm getting it tomorrow but on release day.

Theyre not in China. They were bulk shipped to the US and were then assigned shipment and tracking numbers.

Exactly, people that order through AT&T are more than likely gonna see their phone ship out from Fort Worth, TX. I ordered through Apple and mine shipped from Shenzen, but AT&T probably had a freight order from China and have it ready to go from TX.

Just check ATT and it says the order has been shipped and lists a FedEx tracking number, however, when I click on the tracking number link, the FedEx website says "Not Found". Anyone else have this problem?

4s 16gb ordered on 10/7 @9:00am eastern. Status is shipped (on 10/8). I have received a FedEx tracking number. Tracking number has not cleared the system yet, and usually wont until package is in final route to destination. I just received my Shipping Conformation Email from ATT as well with directions on how to activate phone once recieved. All is looking finneeeeeeee. ::D

Yep, I got the same message. Others with the same message called FedEx and got their tracking information.

White 64GB 45 Shipped

I ordered a white 64 gb iphone 4S at 6:30 AM Pacific on Friday through Premier. My status was backordered until this morning, when a shipping number was assigned. It's UPS.
