thanks...I thought I read someone on the last page who said they got a tracking # on the premier site..I ordered on the 7th (and the premier site shows that) but didn't get the order "processed" and credit check approved until last night....
The Premiere link sent in your e-mail is not updating. Use AT&T's standard Order Status lookup.

At least start by reading the last couple of pages. You deserve the response you got if you didn't read a few posts first.
One other thing to consider for those not receiving tracking numbers yet. On my order, I didn't receive my tracking info until this afternoon but the shipping date is from yesterday. In theory, you could get the info tomorrow but your phone will already be in transit.
The premier link actually updates when they send you the 'your order has been shipped' email - which is, albeit, quite a bit later than when your tracking number is up in the normal order_status.
i ordered through premier too and it also still shows "pre-order". but check your status on this instead https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/
my status shows items shipped with UPS tracking number.
When I ordered my phone, at the bottom of the screen it said that it would ship FedEx unless you worked for UPS/DSL/USPS. Mine is shipping UPS, though. Why is AT&T using both FedEx & UPS now? Don't really care, just curious.
Just use common sense. If you would have read any pages with a time stamp for the last few hours, you would have seen many people saying the exact same thing you did.
GEKOTECH thanks alot for the heads up. I used teh AT&T order status site and it shows my order in progess. But this page shows my date ordered as 10/11 and QTY backordered 1....sooo fml?
Based on the chat I'm having with AT&T we're screwed. I'll post it in a few.
I received my shipped notification and tracking number today. Its a UPS tracking number. Phone ship date is today. No tracking information is showing at UPS yet, which is normal - their system hasn't updated yet. It takes a few hours for that to happen. I ordered my phone Friday evening.
So decided to make the spouse call ATT Premier and after a 20 mins conversation where the rep mostly made no sense, she finally told her that it will be shipped on 14th. This is after rep on chat telling me it is delayed and shipping in 21-28 days.
Who can you believe at this moment? For reference 16G black shows tracking number, 16G White on backorder. Ordered 7th 7pm PST.
That may be but it won't be the first time an ATT csr has told someone in this thread that we are screwed. The CSRs are nearly worthless on reliability with this issue.
Well the premier site says 10/7, my email says 10/7, they say 10/10. buh-buh-bullsh#$!!! Here we go again. Let's see if I can break my 7 hour record that was set Monday.

Ask 3 employees and get 10 opinions. It's useless.
Sacrifice some goats to the deity of your choice. It has a higher chance than AT&T fixing it for you.

My date ordered on that site didn't match either. But from what I've heard that just means when your order started processing or something like that. I wouldn't worry about it and I wouldn't listen to one CS rep.
Hopefully that BO QTY will change by tomorrow.
