I have been to https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/ and tried logging in and clicking 'View All' under Orders. No order can be found, I received a confirmation email on the 7th, and ordered very early in the day.
How else can I check my order status, and is anyone else in this same situation?

At this point it might be very risky to cancel since there is very litte time to return your Upgrade Eligibility if you are an upgrading customer.Can you cancel your order and line up in a store at this point?
I ask because I too have an order made through AT&T over phone and given these estimates, I think I'll have better luck at an Apple store...
I've tried doing that :/Try using different verification numbers. I originally used my order number and got that message. Then I tried my wireless number and it worked.
Ordered a 16 gb white iphone and a 16 gb black iphone at 7am pst. Black iphone says shipped with tracking number and white iphone still says backordered....

soooo, i must be the only one who didnt order on the 7th then...? Mine still says 1-2 weeks. Its sad being in the dark about when im actualy going to get it. At least most of you know youll be setting it up and smiling on friday.

I have tracking numbers but never received the email or text notifying me of shipment. Has this happened to anybody else? I'm guessing I'll get the email when FedEx actually has possession of the package and scans it.
