So I spent 3 days on the phone with ATT confirming that my shipping address was successfully changed to my home, from my billing address. I called UPS to confirm only to find out that they are still shipping to the wrong address. I am waiting to speak with ATT now to see WTF happened.
Did this happen to anyone else?? I am about to lose it on ATT.
You probably made the change after the shipping label was already printed and they never reprinted a new one and replaced it.
