AT&T iPhone 4S Pre-Order Status Thread

One phone in Oakland, CA - one on truck from Boulder, CO
I have been watching these threads since I ordered my first pre-order Ipad and was always amazed that the orders ended up arriving on time. I'm not so sure today...one of my phones is in Oakland, CA and the other one is on a truck in Colorado on the way to my house. I am hopeful but confused about the very different routes they are taking!

Just called local at&t store they have sold out of 16 gb but have 32 and 64 gb models in stock. Since I pre-ordered an iphone in the same store I can't buy one today I just have to sit around and wait for it to come in the mail.
at&t should have put a big banner in front of their stores saying Oct 7! come back order your iphone 4s!

Just received mine. The UPS truck pulled up and I ran outside like a kid at Christmas. Good thing I did too, because it took him about 5 minutes to find it on the truck, and I'm pretty sure he would have just given up and left if I hadn't been standing there!
Just Arrived
FedEx just left the phone at the door. Guy rang the bell and I open the door in less than 30 seconds, but he was already running back to the van. It was a nondescript white van, no FedEx logo, although the guy was in a FedEx uniform. Tells me they had to pull in reinforcements to get all the phones delivered.

I ordered mine on the 7th at a bit before 11am PST using the premier store. Got a 64GB Black, and i haven't heard a THING since I got the order confirmation. Called ATT Thursday and they said there were no issues with my order, but that they didn't have info on when I should receive it.
Looks like I'm not alone with this, here's to hoping it actually arrives today. The ATT store close to me apparently has plenty of stock... So frustrating!

Nope... looks like the order status pages have been pretty accurate thus far.
I ordered my white 32gb on 10/7 @ 9:30 AM CST over the phone, accepted the TC on the 7th as well. My credit card has been charged the full amount and so far my order status is still "in progress" according to numerous CSRs I've spoken to. No shipping email or tracking number and I see people who ordered after me getting their actual delivered phones.

Sadly no. My order doesn't show back ordered anymore, it just says pending shipment. That hasn't changed in days though.
Someone posted this question 2-3 pages back and no one has. Count me in. 32G white ordered online 3 am PT, backordered.
