My FedEx package shows a weight of 2 pounds. Wonder what else is in there.
Because the Westfield NJ Manager is a jerk and wouldn't let me cancel my pre-order and buy one of his stock. I called a few times and complained loudly to corporate. No one can do anything but the store, they tell me. But the store won't I tell them. Sigh. Stay far away from the AT&T store in Westfield NJ. Once they lock you in with the contract, they could care less about you. They'd rather sell that phone to the guy that walks in and make you wait for yours. Customer satisfaction is a apparently a foreign concept to this store manager.
I ordered at an AT&T website at 6am 10/7. Now the money I spent on the iPhones is back in my account with no trace of the pending status with AT&T.

AHHH! Nevermind! ITS HERE! Good luck to those of you who haven't gotten yours yet and definitely don't believe what AT&T tells you, they told me 21-28 days also
I have my UPS tracking number as of October 14th at 12:48 AM, but it is still showing that the information was sent, but not the package. Called CS this morning and they claim, the package was sent and they can't see anymore information than I do on the tracking page. that it is probably in transit and to just keep checking the tracking status. Anybody else in this situation? The pending charge is still on my credit card and has not transferred to the billed page. I thought they billed when they shipped???
Were you an in -store order? If so, what time ordered and order # at that store? I'm trying to see if I should wait it out or keep trying. As I said before, I'm at work and won't have time till Monday, at which point all the phones in-store stock will probably be sold out.
Since you are at work (and if you're like the rest of us probably need to pay bills so no leaving work early, LOL) I would say check the status once you are off of work. If it is still backordered and you get off before the ATT store closes, then mosey over there and see what they can do... Otherwise, I think you are stuck waiting until the order is fulfilled, but hopefully come Monday yours is off backorder...
Has anyone received their phone via FedEx today? My tracking number says on the truck for delivery today but there are many people here saying they don't deliver today! If they don't, can I go in store and pick it up?
