I ordered a bit late, morning of 9th....well actually its really late comparing with when you guys put in the orders, cus I was debating weither I should update or wait for the real iPhone5. I blame myself on this part. But mostly still its ATT's fault, not treating its customers decently, full of lies. It got squeezed by Apple, so it pass down the **** to us, customers. I was told by a CSR that we could cancel the shipping once we get the tracking info, only if you really want to quit ATT for good, otherwise there is no way they will cancel the online pre-order. If you pre-order in the store, you have much better chance to cancel it. Its the decision maker upstairs calling the shots...I feel really bad for ATT CSR for how much crap they have been taking because of the poor management...
