What if they ship it FedEx? I believe At&t can choose either or
I'm somewhat optimistic we will have our phones Friday. My status (6S+ ordered 9/12) is "preparing for shipment" as I'm sure others are as well. It will blow my mind if that status is unchanged for over a month given the mid-October window.
Wow that's interesting! Thanks for that! That could definitely alter some delivery dates!I ordered a 6 Plus last year and it goes without saying I didn't get it on the launch day. When it did finally come it came USPS. So for those unfortunate to have to wait beyond Friday, the post man might be bringing your shipment as well.
Lord, I hope not. I might as well not have pre ordered if I have to sit around waiting for the post office man to bring it.
I think the initial launch shipments tend to come fedex/UPS. USPS can definitely deliver post launch phones. That's not too bad, I get things overnight and 2day from Amazon all the time and USPS often does the delivery. I'd actually prefer them as they come in the morning here while the other two don't get to my area until the afternoon.
I'm not seeing the attraction with this woman. She looks pretty typical of her occupation.
Has anyone with a October ship date actually received a shipping notification early yet through AT&T?
Nope, been the same since I ordered (6S 64GB Space Gray, 9/12 @ 3AM EDT) - same ship date as you.Anyone with a Premier account whose status hasn't changed from "In Progress"?
My "projected" ship date is September 24.
I'd also like to add that my packages via USPS always look great where as packages from UPS and Fedex look like someone played soccer with them before leaving them on my porch. Not exactly what I like my phone going through![]()

Well this is promising! I ordered my 6S+ RG 64GB at 2:53 ET. If yours has a projected ship date as 9/24 then fingers crossed that all of ours with "in progress" is also 9/24!Anyone with a Premier account whose status hasn't changed from "In Progress"?
My "projected" ship date is September 24. 6S SG 64GB, FYI.
SHUT UP! this is AMAZING! taking tracking to the absolute next level. thanks for this! There are two planes heading to Anchorage. Two to Louisville.

Same with me I was able to get onto the site at 3:06am est and all were in oct ship dates. What's the point of a pre order and staying up till 3am if we are going to have to wait a month after the phone is released to get it. If your able to order a few mins after midnight then you should be able to get a phone. There is no point of pre ordering next year if this is how it's going to be.I still have "IN PROCESS" and shipment dates of "OCT 16th - OCT 23rd" for the 6s Plus 128GB Rose Gold. Order processed at 320am eastern time, by the time everything was said and done with the AT&T buy up payment and all.
Extremely upset with that time frame especially since I was waiting on AT&T's webpage a half hour before opening up.
First time pre-ordering a phone and will never do it again with those type of dates, no point if it's going to take a month later to receive it. It's a "PRE"-ORDER for a reason.
