AT&T: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread!

Friday. My wife's 6S has been sitting in Texas for 3 days

Woke up to shipped status and just got my text that it was shipped as well

Ordered 9/12 3:12am
ATT Premiere
Rose Gold iPhone 6s 64

Order when from in progress/pending shipment to shipped so it never went to preparing to ship.

Credit card was charged when I placed the order for the payment plan that I needed to pay to do the upgrade because I do ATT next. There is no charge on my card for the taxes yet

Hope this info is helpful to everyone and don't give up hope! 🙂

PS

Tracking shows phone sitting in Fort Worth since Saturday. I live in Florida 🙂

UPS and FedEx have been directed by Apple to not deliver any phones until friday.

SO NOT TRUE! Last year my fedex guy dropped it off. A neighborhood dog DESTROYED the package.

After a month or so of dickering with ATT, they sent me a replacement. THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN!

Third time I finally had them ship to my office (was never previously offered the option).

Net result is my phone is only a few months old instead of a year but MY GOD. Protect your doorsteps!

wow that's extremely unheard of! especially w/ an apple product! yiikes ! well hopefully that doesn't happen ever again!

I pre-ordered through AT&T Premier on Saturday 9/12 around 6:30 am, and my card was charged the sales tax that same day. The order status has remained at Preparing to Ship. I sure hope it's not still sitting in China preparing to ship!
6s, gold, 64gb

**UPDATE**
Just refreshed my order status on AT&T's site, and it's now been updated to "shipped!" But it has been sitting in Ft. Worth, TX, since last Saturday, 9/19, due to Apple preventing any phones being delivered til Friday, 9/25.
YAY!!!

I agree. The 6S+ are not arriving on Friday. I don't know how many times you have to be told, or how many times you have to check your order status, or read chat messages from the AT&T reps. The 6S+ is not coming as we had hoped. Let reality set in.

(I hope I'm wrong!) lol

I just pre-ordered my 128 Space Gray 6s yesterday from ATT with a delivery date of 9/25, shipping on 9/24. My status is still 'Preparing to Ship". I checked this morning and ATT is no longer showing shipping estimates on their silver or space gray 6s models for new orders. Hopefully my late order will still be showing up on Friday!
